After struggling for 5 years with another big brand name washer, my life is so much better after purchasing the LG washer that Consumer Reports recommended. I have no fear of it constantly breaking down as the other did. First of all, the washer has a fantastic load capacity. I washed one of my quilts in it, and they're large; however, you can wash small loads in it because it weighs the load you put in, and then rations the amount of water needed for that load. And, it has a lot of different settings that, minute wise, allows you to save money on electricity. I've used 6 different settings so far, and they range from 15 minutes to 1 hour. There are more settings that I haven't used, but my clothes come out very clean on the ones that I have used. The washer is quiet, and I love the musical chime which tells you the cycle has ended. And one other thing that I really like is I can choose to add an extra rinse cycle which is 14 minutes. I use it each time. So far, I'm really really pleased with my purchase, and I'm just waiting for the dryer that matches it to become available so I can buy it also. Can't be too soon!

I've only had the washer a little over a week and have probably already done 20 loads. Interesting, I am informed of the number of loads, the settings I choose, and most of all, time to run the tub clean cycle which I did yesterday. So far I love the machine. I had a 2 year old top loader without an agitator and that was a total nightmare. It was off balance so often, then I decided to junk it and purchased the front load LG. I have had a front loader before and really liked it. I love this one and I love the Wi-fi, the whatever intelligence, and it so far cleans quite well. Check back later, that is the true test.

My new LG is a refreshing upgrade from my previous set. We’d began to have issues with old set. It fits perfectly and saves a lot of space. It’s a little noisier than previous set. It doesn’t use unnecessary water or energy. I think we made a hood choice.

This should save money because the dryer will have a shorter run time. Another feature that I really like is that it sends alerts to my cell phone when a load is done.

Our repair man recommended the LG because he doesn’t get calls to work on them as much as the other brands. The ease of use and diverse wash cycles makes this machine a dream to use. I love how it senses the load and rotates the drum to set the balance. The Lincolnshire Poacher tune at the completion of the load makes me happy to do laundry. Even my husband whistles the tune!

It is easy to use, quiet, washes beautifully and rather quickly, too. I find I use the normal wash cycle most often and a large load can be done in less than 1/2 hour. We also bought the matching dryer which I love just as much! Excellent purchases!

It get my clothes much cleaner than my previous machine and is very easy to operate. I did have to buy the pedestal to raise it up for easier loading and unloading. I am very pleased with this washing machine

The washing machine is quiet. There are so many options but I have found the few that work perfectly for my needs! Love the delay wash. Love the alerts I get on my phone when the cycle is complete. The large capacity - perfect for my family pf six.

The extra large drum is great fro my bedding as well. The only issue is the smart wifi wash. I haven’t quite figured that out yet. Not as instructions states. Does not have a button, or light that comes on to set this. There is a delay button, so I’m sure this is involved, but not mentioned in instructions. I’m supposed to work the machine from my iPhone. When I get time I need to call support.
