After reading the reviews and reliability of the LG products my wife and I are happy to own this washer. The speed of a normal wash cycle and capacity of the washer are excellent. Cant wait for the Dryer to die so we can upgrade the the compatible LG model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the only thing i do not like is the panel is hard to read. would be nice if it would light up. not sure how useful being on bluetooth is very helpful, you still have to put soap and clothes in first. why not just start it at that time....ummm?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was thinking abot what product to buy new house i moved in month ago,and I chose this product.It was great choice and I was very satisfied with the design and funtion.The washing speed was very fast and It was perfect clean.I really recomended this one.

The washer works well, but a big negative is that “normal” and “heavy” settings, the two I would use most, are only in Turbo mode and this can’t be turned off. I contacted LG and they verified this, and said it seems odd that it was designed that way. My solution was to download one of the programmed washes and use that. I wish the programmed cycles were customized though, as the one I chose (Econowash) uses cold water and I wish I could change the program to warm. Yes I can change it once I select that mode, but that defeats the ease of the downloaded cycle. I do like how the washer senses the size of the load and adjusts accordingly. Also wish there was a waterproof cycle for raincoats and things. Also wish goads door was not so dark, can’t see in it as it washes to check on suds level to make sure I’m not using too much or too little detergent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this washer for about a month. I am impressed with how well it spins out the load, the clothes are almost dry. This should save money because the dryer will have a shorter run time. Another feature that I really like is that it sends alerts to my cell phone when a load is done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Old washer (LG front load also) finally needed to be replaced after 8 years. Got this new front load washer with greater capacity and love it. Our washer is treated like a commercial on as it gets used every day. Large family tons of clothes to wash, really does wash for 3 families. Delivery and set up were done quickly. New control panel is nice. Like the changes in part to add soap, bleach and softener. We are so happy with this great washer.

The large size drum is just right for bedding and large, heavy loads of jeans. It’s quiet and When the clothes come out of the washer, they have excess water already rung out and feel dryer than expected.0h yes, it’s gorgeous when the dials light up on the rich, dark color. I feel spoiled.

I found it be very hard to use, I had a set of LG washer and dryer before I bought this set and I was very happy with them and would had given them 5-stars. This washer too and unnecessary complicated and still have problems using it. Phone call support did not help.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We originally bought a GE washer and Dryer form Home Depot. The first washer vibrated so bad the it was unusable. Home Depot had a new washer installed to replace the first one. The second one vibrated even worse than the first. GE and Home Depot gave us credit so we could purchase a new LG set. My wife is very pleased with the new washer and dryer and does not vibrate. Should have bought LG in the first place and would have saved a lot of frustration and inconvenience.
