[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our new front load washer and dryer set after years of having only top loading machines. After a lot of research on a number of different models and manufactures we decided to pick between the LG and the GE models. After reading a number of reviews we decided out our LG units. I love all of the features and still have a few more to test but so far we are happy. The soap dispense option on the GE was a major draw to that unit. LG should offer the Pod or full bottle option to their units. We are very happy with our purchase so far.

I absolutely love this wash machine. I've been through several of the HE washers and many have been a disappointment. After having a top load HE washer without an agitator - and many visits to the laundromat, I decided to purchase a new machine (even though my current machine was less than 5 yrs old). I am SO happy with this washer!!! My clothes are so clean!!!! The machine is quiet and has so many options for different types of loads. I love that it has a "timer" so that I know when I can expect for the cycle to be complete.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer replaces a 12 year old front loader. It is quiet, has a large capacity and its operation is reasonably intuitive. Setting up the web-based features has been daunting -- we haven't succeeded yet. The real world user manual provided with the washer is quite summary. You get a little more detail going to the online version, but fuller descriptions of the various cycles and more detail generally would be nice.

If you use the app you can get alert for when it finishes...almost a must a the signal sound is extremely weak and you won't hear it if you not already in front of it.

It has a big capacity, so many different settings, the perfect height for me, and I love the ability to remote start it when I'm on my way home so I can take the clothes out when it's finished. I got a great deal on it at a local appliance store, which makes me love it even more.

When you fill the washing machine it will sense the amount/weight of the laundry and that will determine the length of wash. You are amble to change the spin and temp. I put a large load of my husbands muddy work clothes in and I was able to give an extra rinse and I was very impressed how well it washed all of the mud and grease off of his pants. And is also delicate on my other laundry that does not need a heavy duty wash.

It has a lot of great features, and is very quiet on it's fastest spin cycle. I love that smart wi-fi capabilities that allow me go review diagnostics for the machine. Thank you LG!

The washer works quickly and uses surprisingly little water. The app is great for letting me know my clothes are done if I'm not close enough to hear the chime. It's a lot harder to level than you'd expect, and harder than other washers I've installed, so probably pay someone else to do it.

I didn’t think I’d like this new one as much as I do. I love that I get reminders when my laundry is finished. It’s easy to use and the downloadable cycles that are available are great and give me so many more options, especially the handwash-wool cycle.

We've had it about a month now and it is an excellent washing machine. There are many washing machines out there and we feel we made the right purchase. It's got so many great features and it is extremely quiet when it is operating. We are very pleased with this purchase!!!
