While a little louder than anticipated, it’s to be expected with the turbo spin. Clothes take a lot less time to dry. It was a good purchase.

We had to go through the warranty process, which meant five weeks at the laundromat. When the repairman finally came, he couldn’t repair it on site and has to take it to his shop. He took it apart and discovered that the two halves were not properly sealed. I will never buy another LG product.

Our previous washer, a 20 year old Hotpoint was ready to be replaced. And though we waited a month for delivery, it has been a dream. Easy to use (sure there are lots of controls, but very self-explanatory.) Almost makes doing the laundry enjoyable. The app is a nice feature, only use to notify me when the load is finished. So worth it.

My old washer had finally died and I took my time to find the best fit for me. I love how easy this is to use, my clothes are clean and this washer works great. I also bought the pedestal to raise the washer for easier use. All are perfect and I have a place to store my supplies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded from a 15-year-old frontload washer and dryer. They’ve really advanced since then. A special unknown feature is that the door can almost fully without locking. That helps air out and stay clean which was always one of the problems. So the door looks closed but it isn’t and doesn’t get in the way of anybody. It also has a turbo wash which is default. I can get a regular load done in 35 minutes. That’s amazing.

After years of a top loader I'm still adjusting to the front loader, but the washer itself is wonderful. The laundry requires much less detergent. I like the flexibility to adapt each load appropriately. I am VERY satisfied.

When my old LG washer reached the point where repairing it was no longer an option, I purchased this Front Load LG Washer and the performance, quality and features exceeded my expectations. Doing laundry is so much easier and doing laundry with this washer is very exonomical.

Although I have only had this particular washer for a few months, I am pleased with the overall functionality of the machine. My previous machine was also an LG front loader and I had that one for over 10 years without an issue. I highly recommend LG products.
