So many functions to handle all the different types of loads, i.e. towels, rugs, delicates, permanent press. The dryer also has many features so you can chose temperature to prevent wrinkles.

I LOVE this washer!!! It cleans my clothes so much better than even my old one. They just smell so much better after coming out of this washer. I love all the features and all the washing options. I'm still learning them all, but my favorite feature so far is the turbo wash! It's so fast! My other favorite feature is the app that connects to the washer which alerts me when my load is done and can customize the download options. And it keeps track of how many loads I'm doing which is handy for when I need to clean the barrel. This thing is AMAZING!!!! Now I'm wishing I could get the matching dryer.

Our prior LG front-loading washer was a reliable workhorse for over 10 years of family laundry, so when it came time to replace it, we looked again to LG. We found this washer at a good price & liked the features...and especially liked the larger capacity that can handle bedding, coats, etc. Being on septic, we need to conserve water, and this machine wins on that point too. This washer can be controlled through an app, but we just use the machine settings. We've washed everything from fragile delicate garments to a large down-filled parka, and all has come out clean. We're really happy with this washer and would recommend it to anybody who wants large capacity and flexible settings including steam. We plan on it lasting as long as its LG predecessor.

With Turbo Wash it takes about half an hour to do my load, which is not a full load---maybe three fourths full. How long it takes seems to be based on weight. The only minus is tangling with a large load that has many long sleeved items.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second LG washer. My first set I had for over 10 years with no issues. So I went back to LG again and I’m very happy. The AI technology makes it really efficient. What used to take 15 minutes to wash may now take 23 minutes because it has better detection of load size and water usage. I also love the Wi-Fi and app sync. It sounds silly, but getting a notification when the cycles are done means the clothes don’t sit. Love that. Here’s to at least another 10 years with this set.

WE ALREADY HAD LG APPLIANCES IN OUR VACATION HOME THAT I LOVED, AND NOW WAS OUR CHANCE TO GET THE LATEST MODEL WASHER. OUR CLOTHES ARE CLEANER AND NOT SO TIRED LOOKING WHEN THEY COME OUT OF THE CYCLES AND WHAT I LOVE MOST IS THE WATER EFFICIENCY OF THE MACHINE,ESPECIALLY AS WE LIVE IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA. THE PROGRAMMES ARE REALLY USFUL ONES NOT ONES THAT SOUND GOOD AND THEN YOU NEVER ACTUALLY EVER USE...WE HAVE PETS SO THE ANTIALLERGEN AND SANITISE PROGRAMMES ARE ALREADY FAVORITES. LOVELY LOOKING MACHINE TOO WHICH ALL HELPS TO MAKE LAUNDRY DAYS AS PLEASENT AS POSSIBLE WITH A GREAT OUTCOME. VERY HAPPY INDEED!

It get my clothes much cleaner than my previous machine and is very easy to operate. I did have to buy the pedestal to raise it up for easier loading and unloading. I am very pleased with this washing machine
