[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hated my washing machine! Top load no agitator. My clothes were always wrinkled and I line dry most of them. Went with front load LG and so happy with it. Clothes come out less wet so they dry faster. Love wi-fi feature. No more wasted trips to basement to find wash load is not done.

This is a recent purchase so I can’t speak to the durability of this product, but so far I am satisfied. I have gotten an error message when using early on, but just reset and it resolved. Hoping that this product will live up to the testimonials I reviewed prior to purchase/

We have owned the LG WM4000HWA washer for about a month now and couldn't be more pleased with its features. It's fairly quiet and the Wifi features add tons of convenience. We also love the higher capacity and stackability. Would highly recommend it!

Washer was purchased in December 2020. A sensor that is attached to the motor went out about 3 years later. I was glad that the motor was still under warranty, but if it goes out again in another 3 years, it will not be under warranty and I'll have to pay for a new motor. I expect appliances to last more than 3 years. We'll see how things go with the new motor.

I have used the washer for a few weeks. So far it has exceeded my expectations. Programing the WiFI function was a little challenging. Only disappointment is the pedestal with drawer needs to be 15 inch high like my old washer, not13 inch. As I can no longer stand bottles in the drawer the exceed 10 1/4 inch in height.

The washing machine is quiet. There are so many options but I have found the few that work perfectly for my needs! Love the delay wash. Love the alerts I get on my phone when the cycle is complete. The large capacity - perfect for my family pf six.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 1st front-load. Oh how I miss the worry-free ease of my old pair. With time I hope to appreciate the water savings and supposed improved cleaning ability of the LG. But right out of the gate I was plagued with small holes in t-shirts as a result of washing them with a zippered shirt. Delicate cycle, with zipper closed and garment inside out still yielded a pin hole here and there. Now I hand-wash a few zippered shirts to avoid this issue. So much for front-loads being gentler as compared to my old agitator style unit. I try to use the normal cycle whenever possible. The other cycles take twice as long. I’m not convinced using the bedding or towel cycle for instance yields better results. I was also excited to have the notifications on my phone when the washer/dryer were complete. That luxury was short lived. While my router is but a stones through from my laundry room, I’ve wasted countless hours trying to reconnect them to wi-fi. A quick Google search reveals I am a part of a large community of consumers with this same issue spanning over several years. When success was once again near, I find in the multitude of attempts to reestablish connectivity I’ve managed to create duplicate profiles. Now I cannot have access to my dryer until it is removed from the “other” profile. I’ve not a clue how to resolve this issue. I figured out that I did indeed use two different emails because email confirmations from LG are in my Inbox. Yet when I try to login to delete one of the profiles, LG website states neither user exists. More fun awaits if I want to continue to attempt to use this coveted yet elusive feature. Signed still staring at my iPhone while dressed in my t-shirt with a hole.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old LG washer died so we had to get a replacement. This new washer is awesome. Drum is bigger than the old model but takes up the same amount of floor space. New washer is quieter than the old one. Best feature is the spin cycle. It removes most of the water. Washed items come out feeling damp rather than wet like the old model. Drying time is reduced significantly. We love our new LG Washer.

It many features can be enhanced further using the WiFi connection. The spin cycle is very efficient and helps to speed up drying time. Haven't explored all its feature yet, but the basic ones cover the majority of my needs.

This washer beats my clothes to shreds. All clothing, on ANY setting, is packed at the back of the washer when done. Clothes have turned inside out. They come out so wrinkled and mashed that I am washing some by hand while I look for a better washer. My old LG was wonderful. This is awful!
