Easy to use, easy to select functions, quiet, and really seems to NOT abuse the clothes we wash, and gets them nice and clean. Sad we couldn't get it to open to the other side like we could with the matching dryer, but it's not a big deal. The real test is Time, hope they last

It was replaced with a new lg washer (Serial #305TNHM00849) on 5-31-23. We love the new lg washer! I swear my clothes come out cleaner and fresher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We brought this about a month ago. this washer has worked faultless with us. we washed bedding and so on i like the turbo jets that help removed soils from the clothes. The higher spin speed removes the soaps and the dirt away and decrease the drying time. We love this new washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had our old washer (other brand) for about nine years and started hearing noises and it chugging to get through a load. Our new was installed and we definitely noticed cleaner clothes. The turbo wash is fantastic and with the App, it will send a notification that your load is done (also when it’s time for a tub cleaning). I would recommend this washer to anyone looking for a new washer or just an upgrade.

Of course I bought another LG set because of their reliability. I sell appliances for a living and this is the brand I tell customer is the best! My wm3600 is quiet and has all the function I need.

The machine washes really well. What i.dont like is that you can't create and save your own wash cycles on the machine nor theu the thinq app. The notification feature when a load is done is much appreciated. This purchase replaced a 13-14 year old LG washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first front loading washing machine and so far I am loving it. It holds plenty of clothes and gets them all clean with no issues. The smart technology that's built into the machine does a great job of helping you make the best choices for washing, and gives you lots of great tips via the compatible app. It also is very quiet for a washing machine, much quieter than our old one that made you turn up the tv volume to drown it out. I like having the ability to make choices that are specific to what I'm washing with the different options on what you're washing and how you want to wash it. The overall look of the machine is also very nice looking and pairs well with the dryer that matches. Really makes your laundry room look fancy!

This is a recent purchase so I can’t speak to the durability of this product, but so far I am satisfied. I have gotten an error message when using early on, but just reset and it resolved. Hoping that this product will live up to the testimonials I reviewed prior to purchase/

We bought this washer to replace our old one that broke and so far, we are pretty happy with it. It is large, quiet, and has many different programs such as towels and bedding that hopefully wash the clothes better and maintain the machine working for longer too. I still have to try the remote start which is interesting feature!
