I read reviews on Consumer Reports and selected this model based on the reviews which were maybe the highest of the washers rated. I have to say that it lives up to the reviews. Quiet, no vibration, many options for types of laundry, uses way less water than my old top load washer. I have nothing but good things to say. I am still leaning all of the settings and have not connected to WIFI yet, so a little more to do before I am fully functional.

This washer does a GREAT job cleaning cloths and is very energy efficient. I also love the fact that it has WIFI and notifies you when the wash has completed if you are away. The thing that I would like to see is a volume control to increase the sound for the signal when the wash has completed.

They were great!! These are just as nice with a few new features. I like the durability of the LG appliances.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first front loader washer. I’ve always preferred top loader but this one came with the house. And it’s exactly why I never purchased a front loader before. It smells of mildew constantly. So I have to leave the door open and dry it out which makes my house smell. Also I love that it uses less water, but I have noticed it also doesn’t get my whites as clean. When washing our king size comforter it also kicked off the power. This surprised me because this washer is bigger and rice as expensive as my old washer which had no problem washing a king size comforter. Apart from all those cons, it’s pretty and I love all the different options for cycles. If you’re all about the looks of your washer and it’s features this is the washer for you, but if you don’t care go with a cheaper top loader!

It is easy to use and I am impressed at how well the machine spins the water out of the load. I have reduced the dryer time by almost half! We are both very physically active and it is able to clean the smell and stains from our clothes. Overall, a great choice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Much improved over my 16 year old LG front load washer. Excellent features, although I wish the wifi features were richer. It would have been nice to be able to start and stop a wash. Maybe its possible from the iPhone, haven't figured it out yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 4 months ago and it has been awesome. My clothes feel cleaner and I can do large amounts of laundry without hesitation. Plus I wanted to wash blankets and comforters and was able to do it without an issue. It has a sanitize mode which I love because I work in hospitals during a pandemic and I like being able to sanitize my work clothes.

I love the notifications it sends me on my phone that the wash cycle has finished - and it connected flawlessly. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it doesn’t slowly spin to release the clothes after their final spin, but other than that - I actually like doing laundry now

The Wi-Fi feature is very helpful since the units are located in the garage so I don’t need to run out there to check how minutes are left in the cycle! The clothes come out clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product a few weeks ago. There are a couple of features that I am still getting used to. One thing that I am disappointed in is that there is no interior light when the door is open. It is difficult to see if I have left anything inside when I am unloading it. I also think that the drain hose on the bottom is too short. Other than that, I am still getting used to it.
