The only hang up is in our laundry room, it would have worked better for the washer to be on the left and dryer on right due to door swing issues. We can change the dryer door which helped some

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this machine and had it installed several weeks ago. The washer is extreme quite compared to our last washer. The large capacity is extraordinary. We can now wash bedding and mattress liner as one load. I get all my work clothes done in one load. The controls are intuitive. One of the great features I like is the clean out is accessible with out having to take the Washer apart.

Much cleaner than the top loader it replaced. The controls are a bit intimidating and you really need to download the operators manual to get the most out of the machine. Overall well pleased with the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this washer for 3 months and are very happy with it. It does a great job cleaning our clothes, bedding, etc. It has many settings so that we can select the best options for what is being washed and also save time and electricity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 1st front-load. Oh how I miss the worry-free ease of my old pair. With time I hope to appreciate the water savings and supposed improved cleaning ability of the LG. But right out of the gate I was plagued with small holes in t-shirts as a result of washing them with a zippered shirt. Delicate cycle, with zipper closed and garment inside out still yielded a pin hole here and there. Now I hand-wash a few zippered shirts to avoid this issue. So much for front-loads being gentler as compared to my old agitator style unit. I try to use the normal cycle whenever possible. The other cycles take twice as long. I’m not convinced using the bedding or towel cycle for instance yields better results. I was also excited to have the notifications on my phone when the washer/dryer were complete. That luxury was short lived. While my router is but a stones through from my laundry room, I’ve wasted countless hours trying to reconnect them to wi-fi. A quick Google search reveals I am a part of a large community of consumers with this same issue spanning over several years. When success was once again near, I find in the multitude of attempts to reestablish connectivity I’ve managed to create duplicate profiles. Now I cannot have access to my dryer until it is removed from the “other” profile. I’ve not a clue how to resolve this issue. I figured out that I did indeed use two different emails because email confirmations from LG are in my Inbox. Yet when I try to login to delete one of the profiles, LG website states neither user exists. More fun awaits if I want to continue to attempt to use this coveted yet elusive feature. Signed still staring at my iPhone while dressed in my t-shirt with a hole.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had it for two weeks now and it is very easy to use. Plug and play. It washes everything I need correctly with it’s different features. I also love the look and sounds and functionality of this washer. Over all a good appliance.

I have been currently waiting three weeks for someone to come out and get this fixed and it’s still not resolved. I have always bought LG but very disappointed with them at this moment.

We have had other brands and this does a great job. We are very satisfied and look forward to many years of use with this. It is an added feature that we have this "smart" washer and dryer paired with our LG TV's and are alerted when the wash is completed, while we are watching a program!

We recently moved to a new house and bought this as an upgrade from our old set. We had the older model of this same line and loved them so we just bought the new version. Very easy to use, does a great job with cleaning, plenty of features without being too much. Definitely recommend.
