So many features and it so quiet, very fast wash cycle that doesn’t need a ton of water or detergent, plenty of space to wash and our clothes smell amazing. I hate to say it but I now enjoy doing laundry!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Efficient washer but build quality falls short of some competitors. Middle market washer as opposed to higher end. Seems to wash fine and that is primary function. If it remains durable over time then a good value. Our machine has a tendency to "wobble" with any load over 50% capacity. Have to do smaller loads, more frequency.

Although it took about four weeks to get my machine, it was well worth the wait. It is extremely quiet, very gentle on my more delicate clothes, and has great features. I haven’t yet washed a comforter in it yet, but it looks like even a king comforter would fit with room to spare! The darker color I purchased is beautiful too. Although I have only been using my washer now for about a month, I am extremely pleased with it!

I have had this machine for almost a year. Does a good job. However, there are two issues. One, for Normal wash the cycle time comes up as 29 minutes. LG documents state it should be 45-49 minutes. The total cycle time changes to 45 minutes if I adjust the cycle speed to highest. Service person stated that the 29 min. "is in the computer" and he can do nothing about it. Two, at the finish of the wash all the clothes are piled up in the rear half of the drum. Having that distribution during spin decreases the machine's ability to extract water. Again, service person stated that is the way the machine is designed.

It has several nice features that my old one did not have and it works great. The machine is quiet and powerful on the spin cycle. The reviews I had read on this machine were right on the money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Did my research on washers and LG was excellent on all features. I live in a condo with limited space and the stackable is perfect. My clothes are coming out cleaner so it must be doing a great job.

We bought this washer to replace our old one that broke and so far, we are pretty happy with it. It is large, quiet, and has many different programs such as towels and bedding that hopefully wash the clothes better and maintain the machine working for longer too. I still have to try the remote start which is interesting feature!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit for my new home and I've been really pleased with it so far. I haven't gotten a new unit for several years and after reading several reviews online it seems like this was a great model to get. I'm really impressed with the SenseClean and other technologies. It intuits well the size and needs of a specific load of laundry and adjusts the cycles accordingly. The TrueBalance system ensures that even oddly sized loads don't get off kilter. The ThinQ technology is pretty cool... I don't need to start my laundry over an app when I'm away or be notified of my laundry status by my phone but it's very convenient nonetheless. I suppose the most important way to evaluate a washing machine is by how clean one's clothes, towels, bedding, etc. is and I've again been very impressed with the job it's done. I highly recommend it if you can afford it!

So far, no negative issues.The resulting wash is so clean and smelling pleasant. Compared to my old washer, this LG washer is of high quality. I really recommend this washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While this washer works very well, I do have one issue about which LG and online information have not addressed: on the fastest spin cycle, the washer emits a high whining noise. Is that normal? Some sites have said that the noise will disappear after the machine has been used 6 or 8 times. It hasn't disappeared. I would just like a response from the company about this matter. Otherwise, clothes are clean, machine works well. I haven't used the wifi capability.
