I absolutely love this wash machine. I've been through several of the HE washers and many have been a disappointment. After having a top load HE washer without an agitator - and many visits to the laundromat, I decided to purchase a new machine (even though my current machine was less than 5 yrs old). I am SO happy with this washer!!! My clothes are so clean!!!! The machine is quiet and has so many options for different types of loads. I love that it has a "timer" so that I know when I can expect for the cycle to be complete.

II was very nervous to find a washer that would be able to do what my last one did. After a lot of research, I replaced it with the updated newer model and it has worked just as well. Easy to use and very efficient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I have been disappointed in the machine. I unplug it after use. When I plug it in again it never seems to come up with the right cycle. There is no on/off button clearly marked. Written directions are worthless.

After a lot of research on a number of different models and manufactures we decided to pick between the LG and the GE models. After reading a number of reviews we decided out our LG units. I love all of the features and still have a few more to test but so far we are happy. The soap dispense option on the GE was a major draw to that unit. LG should offer the Pod or full bottle option to their units. We are very happy with our purchase so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I admit to some roll of the eyes at a washer having wifi, but when I got my first alert that the load I put in and forgot about was now done, the light bulbs went off. A very cool feature for the busy and forgetful and a way to avoid redo’s and/or “the Stink”. It is also a nice surprise how quiet the unit is. Lastly, another delight was the dryness of the clothes following the spin cycle. After over a month, no cons to share about the unit. The only irritation was how ridiculously challenging and far too time-consuming the wifi set up was to execute.

I just need 'what does this setting do" type stuff. The one page instructions are too basic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I had problems with dryer. The door would not lock. Rep. came out and fix it. Then the washer door would not lock. I sat down and read the book which help me to understand the process. If you buy read the book😊

We've had this washer about 3 months. It's done a great job so far with no problems. It's very quiet and it's nice to get notifications when it's done so the clothes don't sit in the washer for too long. It spins great, so well in fact the laundry often sticks to the metal drum. This helps in drying the laundry.

They are quiet, have lots of features and get the clothes clean. This washer is WIFI-enabled and sends a message when the cycles finished. Really enjoy that. However with all these features there is NO LIGHT. Which is really annoying when trying to remove small items like socks...it's easy to miss one. If the washer had a light, I would have given it five stars.
