It's been a complete life changer!!! I love the features, easy to use, amazing performance, how quietly it runs, handles all load sizes perfectly - the list just goes on! This washer hands down is the best washer I've ever owned! I actually enjoy doing laundry now! I've already recommeded this washer to several friends who are in the market for a new one.

After researching on Consumer Reports I decided on this model with guidance from my local Mom and Pop Brick and Mortar. I had no experience with a front loader and the latest technology. After figuring out how to put the detergent in the learning curve was easy and I'm so glad I picked this washer.

This was the top rated washer and thus far has exceeded our expectations. Quick, quiet, efficient, and does a great job. Definitely also recommend the matching dryer and the optional pedestals are a must for ergonomics and storage!

Bought this late last year and am glad we did. Extremely quiet. Washes everything well -- including whites that come out nice and bright. Steam feature is a big plus. Washer has many useful settings that allow you to easily tailor each wash to temperature, length of cycle, type load without complicated controls. The controls are simple and intuitive with easy-to-read dials which is much appreciated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Much improved over my 16 year old LG front load washer. Excellent features, although I wish the wifi features were richer. It would have been nice to be able to start and stop a wash. Maybe its possible from the iPhone, haven't figured it out yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a 15 year old LG front loader with this model. This machine finishes each load in half the time I would expect. A real timesaver! It is also conserving water, as evidenced by our recent water bill! The results are really clean clothes with great stain removal! It is user friendly and we have taken advantage of the app and Alexa interface, as well. No running up and downstairs to check on the timing of a load. All in all, we are pleased with each setting and function it affords us, for a great outcome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, my model 4000 washer has been outstanding. Build quality is excellent. I am especially impressed by the anti-vibration technology. My laundry machines are stacked (using the LG stacking kit). The washer expertly balances the load prior to the final spin dry. No matter what the spin speed is, the washer has minimal vibration. Very pleased with LG. (LG also manufactured my refrigerator, which was badged under another well-known brand name). They are a bit more money than some - but you get what you pay for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new washer brings out the perfect laundry. I wish that I would have a manual in paper, not just the Internet. The light from the cycle knob is hard to read, would be nice, if the cycle name would lit up itself. Otherwise a great washing machine!
