[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my new LG dryer for a couple of months now, and it is fantastic! I consulted Consumer Report while I was shopping for a new washer and dryer, and LG dominates the rankings, so I was very confident in my purchase. I love that the dryer uses wifi to pair with the washer and match the settings for the load, so I just turn on the dryer, load the laundry, and push go! Super easy! Other features that I love are the large capacity, drum light, every setting you can imagine, and the ability to stack on top of the washer. I would definitely recommend this dryer.

Easy to use, easy to select functions, quiet, and really seems to NOT abuse the clothes we wash, and gets them nice and clean. Sad we couldn't get it to open to the other side like we could with the matching dryer, but it's not a big deal. The real test is Time, hope they last

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer (and dryer) to replace my 15 year old Bosch units. So far, we have been very impressed with how quiet and efficient these units are! The interface appeared to be a bit complex at first but leveraging the built-in programs proved to be very easy and washed our clothes and towels very well. The spin cycle is amazing as the clothes come out pretty wrung out, making drying even more efficient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once I downloaded the instruction manual and figured out how to choose the correct load and adjust the water temperature, spin cycle, etc, the wash comes out clean and ready for the dryer. However, I am unable to scan the machine into the WiFi because the scan icon and teensy writing showing the serial and model numbers in a place hard to get to makes it impossible for me to use that function.

The washer works well, but a big negative is that “normal” and “heavy” settings, the two I would use most, are only in Turbo mode and this can’t be turned off. I contacted LG and they verified this, and said it seems odd that it was designed that way. My solution was to download one of the programmed washes and use that. I wish the programmed cycles were customized though, as the one I chose (Econowash) uses cold water and I wish I could change the program to warm. Yes I can change it once I select that mode, but that defeats the ease of the downloaded cycle. I do like how the washer senses the size of the load and adjusts accordingly. Also wish there was a waterproof cycle for raincoats and things. Also wish goads door was not so dark, can’t see in it as it washes to check on suds level to make sure I’m not using too much or too little detergent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washing machine cleans clothes just fine. I had one problem with the spin cycle that was resolved. It does get smelly if not cleaned monthly, wiped down after every use and leave the door open in between each cycle. Never had to that or had an issue with my other front loader for over 10 years.

It is super quiet, highly efficient, and I love all of the washing options that it offers depending on the type of items I'm laundering. My clothes, etc., are clean and I don't feel that any materials are in danger of being damaged. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

This washer is awesome! Had it for 2 months now and operating flawlessly! We love the ThinQ feature and app on our phones. You get status update notifications, can check on status of the wash, can download customer wash cycles, etc! Plus it it very aesthetic looking and we get nothing but positive feedback from visitors on this unit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using this a few weeks and no complaints. I’ve always hated laundry because I would often get side tracked and forget about it. Having the alerts on my phone telling me the load time left or when it is finished has been great. It did take several loads to get the hang of the controls. I can tell a difference in our laundry compared to our old unit. Definitely pleased with our decision.
