My clothes are coming our incredibly clean and dewrinkled - I wish we would have gotten them years ago! We did our research on consumer reports and LG outshined GE and Samsung ! So glad we went with this washer and dryer set!

We love the turbo option that washes in half the time with excellent cleaning results. We were so happy that there wasn’t a supply chain shortage of this LG washer.

I have been very pleased so far. I am enjoying the texting features alerting me when my laundry is completed or if there is something that I need to do - clean machine after so many loads, etc. I have not had any issues after several loads! Fast and effecient!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is so much better at getting stains out of my childrens clothing. I love the app that goes with it and the monthly reports it emails me. The only thing I would change is I wish it had the ability to change the default settings for each type of load rather than having to adjust their preset settings every time.

I love my new washer and dryer. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the "manual" is not helpful on how to change some of the settings. A good video should be designed to help a new owner. Changing temperatures is not intuitive and the written manual... which you have to print if you want it in hand, is of little use. LG needs to get someone to write the manual who is clear on what to do at each step of the washing... giving all options and how to change them.

Still I can do a very small load. I love the allergien feature because I am able to sanitize the load. Love it and I would recommend it highly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] my fiancé and I decided to buy our lg thin Q about two months ago and it is seriously the best thing we’ve ever done. we live in a small apartment and was worried about finding a washer and dryer that fit, but the thin Q is perfect! love the ability to be able to stack or have side by side if we move. it’s so easy to use even with all its amazing features, use the app to change your ‘downloaded’ section to whatever you want! we are expecting in august so this is the perfect time to get everything ready and we love the ‘baby clothes’ feature! We also enjoy how quiet it is, no loud noises and no shaking all around like some other products. the allergy section has been also a life saver with our two dogs, we use the steam probably once a week with his work clothes. We seriously just love everything about it! If you are thinking about getting a new washer and dryer, please consider this one! won’t regret it
