[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my LG washer and dryer with this wonderful pair. Turbo wash was the reason I chose this one. What a difference it makes. And it even lets me know when it is finished and sends instructions to dryer for the correct dryer sequence.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really glad that these models are on the small side of full size so they could fit in the closet space on our 3rd floor. They hold so much!! The washer is a little loud and the dryer often needs to be run for a bit longer manually to get the others dry - but otherwise I've liked them a lot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had the LG washer for about 4 months. It is so advanced over our previous Kennmore 16 yo model, lol!! Very quiet, no problems with out of balance spinning, a lot of setting options and very nice looking. Very happy with this washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After searching for so long for the the perfect washer I finally found this one and i love it. It has many Great features that are so easy to use. It cleans clothes perfectly and no stains are left. It is quiet which is also a bonus.

Washer working well. Don't like the fact I needed to get online to download complete manual. The manual included with washer contained set up instructions and very basic use. No detailed instructions. I am old school, I don't want to look everything up on an app, nor do I want a electronic devise around the washer

We have only had this washer for a couple of months and so far are very pleased with how it cleans. Not happy with how noisy it is but guess thats to be expected. Just can't do laundry while my husband is sleeping. The rubber area round the door gets water and crud caught under the rubber after washing. I just have to remember to clean that area out and then leave the door open so the inside can dry before I close it so hopefully it will not smell. So far not bad.

The operation is easy and the instructions were comprehensive. We bought the pedestals to raise the front loaders for easy loading. I like the warranty and we are very pleased with there operation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love my new LG washer and dryer! The washer is sooo efficient with water and effective in cleaning old stains my other washer couldn't. It is quiet and the ThinQ app lets me know when the wash is done, thank you. I think the best part though is that you can leave the door open after washing without leaving the washer on. This helps dry out the interior thougroughly without using electricity. My old washer got mildewy and a bit stinky too. You're the best LG!

Does and excellent job cleaning clothes. my only negative is we purchased a pair and the dryer has a led drum light and the washer does not. seems odd when they are a pair.
