This is the 2nd washer I have bought in 3 months. The first was a different brand and came broken. After dealing with 3 months of trying to get it fixed, I refused to have it replaced by that brand. LG was recommended by several people I talked to and so I replaced it with this LG washer and it is the best washer I have ever had. Wish I had bought this first!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay,so I have owned my washer (and dryer) about 2 weeks ago and I have to say, I was skeptical about buying LG’s as I have never owned any of their products BUT I absolutely love it!!! It is so quiet and big. I bought a king size quilt just after getting the machine and there was plenty of room for it in the washer.

Awesome capacity. If we didn't have to color separate, this washer could do all our laundry in 1 load. Super capacity and very gentle on ll of our Items. Super energy efficient and conserves water and utilities by it's sophisticated sensors. Great unit, we would absolutely buy again. Highly recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Are asked we bought our washer and dryer 5 to 6 months ago and the seal around the washer door began to leak so LG sent out their tech to fix the leak and hope we don’t have any more issues being that it was only a few months old! Still need to have our floor fixed from the leaking washer.

I have had this washer for 3 weeks now and it works really good. There are lots of settings and it was easy to connect to to the app. I’m still learning all the functions and options that come with the app. I’m sure I’ll like it even more once I really learn what all it can do.

Who would have thought that having such an awesome washer/dryer could make laundry something I looked forward to rather than something I dread. It's quiet and efficient. Our laundry is clean and there is no soap/residue remaining on the clothes like we had with our top-loading HE washer. I've never seen the value of having "smart" appliances but really appreciate the simplicity of having everything connected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using this since November 2020 (3 months) as of this review. This LG Washing Machine is one of the best we have owned. We are in our 60's so we have owned a few sets over the years. Easy to use and is very user friendly.

We replaced a 4 year old LG washer/dryer all-in-one combo unit with these separate washer dryer units after facing a third drain pump replacement. These separate units have great features and wash and dry very well. They are quiet and fast. The AI does a great job. I hope they are more dependable than the all-in-one combo unit. Time will tell. Ask me in 1-2 years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washing results are very good with minimal soap.Good to have choice of programs, but seldom use them. WiFi was a problem since the washer kept loosing the network while the dryer did not.Finally seems to be working. Very important so I don't have to go down stairs to check until I am notified it is done.
