[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my new LG washer about three weeks ago - and it has already gotten a very nice workout. My previous washer could not handle the blankets for the bedroom, but the LG has handled the blankets and everything else. I knew 6 months ago that when the time came for a new washer, it was going to be a LG. Why? Two reasons - I had an LG Dryer that I loved and Consumer Reports rated the LG washer I wanted #1. Now it's time to look for other LG appliances for my home. Thank you so much LG!

This washer does a GREAT job cleaning cloths and is very energy efficient. I also love the fact that it has WIFI and notifies you when the wash has completed if you are away. The thing that I would like to see is a volume control to increase the sound for the signal when the wash has completed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the large size tub. It is efficient and quiet. The instruction Manuel that came with it was brief. They want you to go online with your questions. Eventually I did speak with a real person and was able to change the presets, eg cold water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using for a month and it’s really easy to use. Bought the washer dryer pair together. Washer and dryer settings are great. Wash time decreases automatically if a small load. Dryer tells you if the vent is clogged so it doesn’t burn out the heat element. Very happy so far.

I already was used to the quality of LG washing machines, so I wanted to stick with them. This washer is amazing! So much more water efficient, faster and produces cleaner dryer clothes (thanks to the incredible AI and spinning cycles)! I paired this with the set Dryer. AWESOME!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I PURCHASED THIS TO REPLACE A TOP LOADER, BEST DECISION IN YEARS. THE CLOTHES ARE REALLY CLEAN AND ARE SPUN VERY DRY. THERE A QUIT A FEW CYCLES TO CHOOSE FROM AND SEVERAL WASH TEMPS. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS WASHER

We purchased the new washing machine for 2 reasons. Our old machine was showing it's age, and we wanted to go to a front loader to make doing laundry easier. Our old top loader was making it hard for my wife, a little over 5 ft was finding it a little bit harder to reach down into the washer to remove the washed clothes. The new front loader mounted on the pedestals solves that issue. The washer works well and has a lot of features. I didn't think we'd use the LG ThinQ app, but we actually like the notices it sends, and being able to see the load progress without going to the laundry room to check on them is a nice feature.

It's very quiet as well when it goes thru its washing cycles. Clothes come out nicely wrung out with no dripping water from the clothes. You may be spending a little more for this LG washing machine but, it's well worth the money.

The only issue I do have is that the screen where you can make changes does not light up enough and it is difficult to see your choices. I do like the little tune that plays when your wash is done.
