There was showing an error code and we decided to buy new LG washer. I am sure an error code we could have resolve the issue but we were happy to get new LG machine.

I already was used to the quality of LG washing machines, so I wanted to stick with them. This washer is amazing! So much more water efficient, faster and produces cleaner dryer clothes (thanks to the incredible AI and spinning cycles)! I paired this with the set Dryer. AWESOME!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has several wash modes and adjusts it's wash times according to the load instead of simply washing for a set amount of time like our old front loader. It also handles several heavy bath mats much better than our old front loader did. It's relatively quiet, but the water input seems a bit louder than our old machine. I think the excess noise when the machine is filling may be due to the fact that when the machine was installed, the installers put 6 foot water lines on when we previously had much shorter water lines. I may change these out for shorter water lines to see if it reduces the noise a bit. I like the WiFi connectivity so that I'm notified when a load has completed, but the iPhone app is too full of ads and other garbage. The whole top third of the app is "Share your Home with your family or roommates". I don't want to share it with anyone else, but I can't get rid of the big, bold message and the "invite member" button. At least the rest of the ads and other garbage are at the bottom of the app screen, underneath the important information. I was also able to download another wash cycle (handwash), which is very convenient.

I was so excited for a new washer but worried that a new techy machine would be more trouble than it’s worth. So far, I’m loving my washer! Easy to use. I love the app feature to let me know it’s done. The clothes are clean and smell so good. I’m excited that so much can fit inside. Just remember to leave the door open after washing or it smells.

I through my clothes in the dryer and 10 minutes later they are wrinkle free and a little bit warm (which is nice)! Everything else about the dryer is just smooth and I have no complaints. Definitely recommend this dryer.

We've had it about a month now and it is an excellent washing machine. There are many washing machines out there and we feel we made the right purchase. It's got so many great features and it is extremely quiet when it is operating. We are very pleased with this purchase!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it, so far. Only been just over 3vweeks. Spins our so well you have to peel the clothes off the drum. Washer adjusts wash time to size of load and soil level. When you put in a load and select "normal" wash the washer adjusts the time from 45+ minutes for a large, dirty load down to mid 20s for a smaller, lightly soiled load. It's great!
