This is a recent purchase so I can’t speak to the durability of this product, but so far I am satisfied. I have gotten an error message when using early on, but just reset and it resolved. Hoping that this product will live up to the testimonials I reviewed prior to purchase/

Since that one lasted so long we figured we go back with the same brand. So glad we did as it has definite improvements over the older models.

I bought this a before labor day (9/3) directly from LG. If you dont have time to wait, I dont recommend that route. The delivery date was stated 9/20. However, that is the delivery date to a third party that will deliver it to you house. Very misleading! I had to wait an additional 2 weeks (10/11) to receive my new appliances. I have now had this washer for a bit. I am very pleased. The washer itself is great. It has an abundance of features. Like Wi-fi it is neat that i can get a notification that my cloths are done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with my new washer! This LG washing machine replaced an old Kenemore that was on it's last leg. I am very happy with the load capacity. It tackles a full weeks worth of clothes for both daughters in one load and we've even successfully washed our king comforter. The load options are easy to choose and also make your own. We tend to wash our items in cold water more often, so we switch it to "normal" and then manually click the water temp button. I've also been able to hit the pause button and throw items in that I missed when I started the load. This is usually within 5 minutes of starting the load. I was leary about front load washers because of the mold horror stories, so I decided to be more proactive and I leave a hand towel in my bin of laundry products to wipe down the rubber casket and door when I am done with my final load of the day. I have worked this machine endlessly for the past 4 weeks and have noticed only one thing that makes me leary and it is the amount of water that is left in the detergent reservoir after the load is done. It's not a lot, but enough to dump several drips out to ensure there's no water just hanging around. If you're not overwhelmed by options, I would totally recommend this washer (dryer set). It's easy to figure out, but I feel like it might overwhelm my mother in-law, who still specifically requests a flip phone when she needs a new cell phone!

The machine is so quiet compared to my 12 year old LG Tromm which finally met its end. I like the fact it does not jump around and vibrate like the previous washer. The installers did a great job assembling with pedestal. I look forward to washing and hope this product last a long time like my older model. Also, it has enough wash cycle preferences and clothes smell clean. The turbo wash is a good feature as well.

I love my new LG washing machine. My old LG of 14 years died, and with my new machine, I can tell washing machines have come a long way! My clothes are so much cleaner, and the sensors can tell what kind of load is in, and adjust the the time. My whites are bright white now! It's quiet, and I'm so in love!

Our repair man recommended the LG because he doesn’t get calls to work on them as much as the other brands. The ease of use and diverse wash cycles makes this machine a dream to use. I love how it senses the load and rotates the drum to set the balance. The Lincolnshire Poacher tune at the completion of the load makes me happy to do laundry. Even my husband whistles the tune!

I already was used to the quality of LG washing machines, so I wanted to stick with them. This washer is amazing! So much more water efficient, faster and produces cleaner dryer clothes (thanks to the incredible AI and spinning cycles)! I paired this with the set Dryer. AWESOME!!!
