[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washing machine seems to work well and is relatively quiet. That is the reason, obviously, that I bought it. However, the owners’ manual needs to be written by someone who doesn’t already understand the machine before he/she writes it. While the installation instructions can be found in print, it is annoying to have to temporarily download the bulk of the operating instructions via a QR Reader. That is so inconvenient! For a few more dollars, please include these in print. Also, the instructions to connect the appliances to wifi are less than helpful. Please include written instructions pertinent to the model sold and perhaps include a Youtube video. I had to call and speak to 4 people in order to successfully connect. If you don’t offer clear instructions, don’t include wifi options.

Having steam got the bed sheets so clean and fresh that I have been telling everyone about them. The washer knows what setting is needed to get my clothes their cleanest yet keeps them looking new too.

The washer and dryer combo offer large load capacity that we need. The machine is super quiet and is sharp looking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a new LG washer and dryer in Sept. My 12 years old front loading washer and dryer were almost 13 years old. I couldn't believe the difference with the new machines. It use to take me pretty much all day to do 4 to five loads of laundry. Now I can use a speed clean about 20 min for smaller loads. There are different dials for what you are washing besides normal Eg, heavy loads, towels. bedding, sanitizing, etc. My time doing laundry is cut in half. Really like these machines. THANKS LG!

I don’t know why I waited so long, it was such a affordable washer, with all the great features. I really noticed the quality of my clothes, my towels were softer, the clothes are washed more thoroughly with three busy boys, a good washer dryer is a must.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer about a month ago and love it! Every time I use it I am so glad I purchased it. It is easy to use, quiet, washes beautifully and rather quickly, too. I find I use the normal wash cycle most often and a large load can be done in less than 1/2 hour. We also bought the matching dryer which I love just as much! Excellent purchases!

I couldn’t figure figure out how to get tap cold water when using the Normal cycle. When calling LG the first girl cut me off and the second set me up for an appliance visit. They came out an acted like I was stupid and should have known that you just go to another cycle and then back to RE SET to change the program. It doesn’t say anything about that in the owner’s manual.

Great machine. The large door greatly helps clothes loading and unloading. The drum is tilted down and to the rear. So clothes ends up towards back and bottom after cycle completes. But I guess the orientation is better for water drainage. WiFi set up and product registration is a little problematic with regards to network connection not being strong enough. My router is 15 f away. But this problem is common to my LG dryer and refrigerator.

i bought this machine brand new in May. it worked well until it didnt. this machine unexpectedly malfunctioned in September. it had a faulty valve that caused there to be uncontrollable water relwase from the machine which caused a large flood in my home.
