[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, this washer is beautiful. I am so impressed with how quickly and effectively it washes clothes. It uses very little water and has highly customizable settings to fit many situations. Love the allergen removing and sanitizing settings. The app is great too. We splurged on the pedestal sidekick washer too and that's a gamechanger - two loads at once. Sometimes we hang out and watch the washer work because it's still new and cool lol.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 4 months ago and it has been awesome. My clothes feel cleaner and I can do large amounts of laundry without hesitation. Plus I wanted to wash blankets and comforters and was able to do it without an issue. It has a sanitize mode which I love because I work in hospitals during a pandemic and I like being able to sanitize my work clothes.

We bought this washer over a month ago and we’re immediately impressed on how clean the clothes were. I didn’t think I would learn to use the different features but the more I tried, the better the results. My husband’s stinky work clothes get clean and smell nice. Results are the same on the dog’s bedding. I am more than satisfied with this washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this washer and gas dryer for a couple of weeks now and I find myself looking for things to wash and dry! The washer is so easy to set and it's very forgiving when I forget to put something in and need to add. It's so quiet that I wish I had an indoor laundry room. Keeping it clean and dry after washes is no problem at all. I highly recommend both this washer and its companion dryer (I have the gas version).

As people who are busy and don’t have time watching when the clothes are done, this gives us a notice no matter where we are that the clothes are finished. We don’t have to keep checking on it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new washer brings out the perfect laundry. I wish that I would have a manual in paper, not just the Internet. The light from the cycle knob is hard to read, would be nice, if the cycle name would lit up itself. Otherwise a great washing machine!

I have only had a chance to run a couple of loads through it, but so far, so good. It's pretty quiet, and does a good job sensing the load and working out the spin with heavy towels so that it doesn't shake all over the place. The one issue I had is that I have a value that shuts off the water to both lines at the same time. Every once in a while, I forget to open it before starting the washer. I did that on the second load, and it was a much bigger deal getting the washer to recognize that water was now available than it should have been. I had to shut it off multiple times to get it to reset and being the load anew. There should be a way to push a button that tells it, "My bad. The water's available now."

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this washer along with the matching dryer to replace an LG set that was 15 years old. We were looking for modern updates, such as steam and WiFi. We were always happy with our previous LG set and we like this set even better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can only rate it as 4 star, simply as I am old school and really need a written copy of the owners manual. Even the electronic copy gives little info. I cannot get the machine to do anything other than what comes up on the dial. For example, I cannot figure out how to get the machine to know I want an extra rinse!
