[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my LG washer and dryer with this wonderful pair. Turbo wash was the reason I chose this one. What a difference it makes. And it even lets me know when it is finished and sends instructions to dryer for the correct dryer sequence.

I bought the front loader washer in June, by July I have a leak, seen to be coming from the bottom. It is very bad most of the time. I am My floor is going to rot and the washer is going to fall thru the floor. Thr dryer is performing very goog.

The spinning is quiet enough and not loud at all. This washer does wash and dry good,It spin drys very well to where thin material can be hung dry. We are very happy with this washer and like the functionality and the look. Super quiet, efficient . This washer uses a lot less water than other washer. I like the door magnet to keep it slightly ajar when not using, and prevent mold forming in the door. Love the tempered glass door that look stylish.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] looked for reviews online, got a good price. easy to use. only negative, the instruction manual is not detailed enough, the downloaded version is soooo long and hard to read for older customers. I just need 'what does this setting do" type stuff. The one page instructions are too basic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the front loading washing machine now for a couple of months and have been very pleased with it's performance. The only issue I do have is that the screen where you can make changes does not light up enough and it is difficult to see your choices. I do like the little tune that plays when your wash is done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the washer/dryer pair and had them delivered on 2/6/21. The dryer had a large dent on the side which prevented the drum from rotating. I did not accept the delivery on the dryer. It is 2/21/21 and I have yet to receive a dryer, no idea when I'm going to get it.

It’s a character flaw I know, but what can I say? I’m forgetful. Anyway. This has changed my life. I now get notifications to remind me, I can completely customize wash cycles, it’s so easy to use. I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Reluctantly bought another front loading washer because I was assured they are the best and have improved since my last purchase (11 years ago) of a front loader. There are improvements but still not happy with front load due to moisture issues.

From the many features and settings to the ability to connect through the LG ThinQ app, this is an awesome device with many creative features. Washes quite well and is very energy efficient.

I never wanted one because I’m always forgetting a piece of dirty laundry that I add after the cycle has begun. My husband researched washers and convinced me to try. I’m so pleased he did. Not only does it look good, but is easy to use, seems my garden work clothes are much cleaner, and I like the feature that the detergent and softener are added outside the washing cavity. The fact that it uses less water than top loaders is an added bonus.
