[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, this washer has been amazing! I had done a lot of research and LG was highly rated and recommended and thus far, I can see why! I can't get it connected to wifi but that is most likely a router problem and not a washer problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new LG washer is great. This is my first experience with a front-loader, and I do love it. The features are just great, it get our clothes clean quietly and they are so dry that the dryer hardly has to work at all!

I have had this washing machine for about 5 weeks and can honestly say I now enjoy doing laundry. The drum is huge, the machine is quiet and I actually think my whites are whier and my colors brighter! I might even be able to convince my husband to do laundry! I highly recommend this magnificent machine to anyone of any age!

We bought this just a few weeks ago to replace another washer that was over 10 years old. The cost to replace it was over half of a new washer so we decided to buy new rather fix old. I have to say I'm quite impressed with the features. We've really come to like the towel setting and especially the sanitary wash. The turbo wash also really does a nice job getting clothes clean. I was a little skeptical about the Wi-Fi functionality but I'm actually starting to like it. It lets me know when the cycle is done and how much time is left. I've even put the clothes and detergent in and set it for remote start. Then, about an hour before I leave work, I remotely start it so it's done when I get home. Now, if I could only purchase the matching dryer ...

We replaced a 4 year old LG washer/dryer all-in-one combo unit with these separate washer dryer units after facing a third drain pump replacement. These separate units have great features and wash and dry very well. They are quiet and fast. The AI does a great job. I hope they are more dependable than the all-in-one combo unit. Time will tell. Ask me in 1-2 years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the large size tub. It is efficient and quiet. The instruction Manuel that came with it was brief. They want you to go online with your questions. Eventually I did speak with a real person and was able to change the presets, eg cold water.

They lasted pretty long and had no major issues until recently, especially with the washing machine. I find LG brands to be very reliable. That's why I bought a brand new set. The washing machine is awesome as you can use your phone to see in real time action. It has a cool music at the end of the drying task. The buttons are easy to understand as well. It also reminds you to do a tub clean which I think can benefit it in the long run.

I bought the machine 3 weeks ago. I am enjoying but am unable to take full advantages of all the features because it did not come with a user manual and how to use all the features. You can only get the full user manual and you can't download it as a pdf file.

I bought the front loader washer in June, by July I have a leak, seen to be coming from the bottom. It is very bad most of the time. I am My floor is going to rot and the washer is going to fall thru the floor. Thr dryer is performing very goog.
