I’m so happy to be back using a front loading washer. The amount of wash options are great, with the ability to tailor these further through the app for every use case. Now that I work from home the quietness is a godsend, no longer do I have to wait until after work hours to wash clothes.

They are quiet, have lots of features and get the clothes clean. This washer is WIFI-enabled and sends a message when the cycles finished. Really enjoy that. However with all these features there is NO LIGHT. Which is really annoying when trying to remove small items like socks...it's easy to miss one. If the washer had a light, I would have given it five stars.

We could not be more happy with the manufacturing quality of this machine. I was an aircraft mechanic before retirement and confirm the build quality as ready for flight!!

The machine works great! My chief complaint is that I still haven’t figured out how to set the wifi capabilities. Also, you can’t see how much time the wash will take per setting until you press start and have to wait for it to sense the load. Then it will give you a wash time. Other than that, I am enjoying the machine!

I’ve had the machine a couple weeks and love it so far. Easy to use. My only complaint is that there must be sensors in it, to tell the machine if clothes are dry or not. That would be great for energy saving, but when trying to dry a thick blanket, it was frustrating. I had to start the drying process at least 5 times, and the machine would stop after 5 minutes. It could be user error, however.

In particular, this purchase was a lot of concern over Samsung and LG. However, due to some problems, my worries quickly disappeared, and I chose LG, and the choice was excellent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the WM4000HWA Washer 3 weeks ago. This was to replace my 15 year old LG washer that bit the dust. I did my research on Consumer Reports and found that this model had an excellent review and was on the top of their recommended products. I really like the Turbo wash component and feel it does a great job getting my clothes clean. It's a very quiet machine in comparison to my last model. I also like the wifi connectivity of the machine. It notifies me when the cycle is over and takes the worry out of "forgetting about" that load of laundry. I can confirm the recommendations of Consumer Reports and consider this washer to be a great value.

This is not my first front loader. I had to replace my 27 year old machine and while checking reviews LG had the best ratings. My LG is comparable to my last machine with all the wash cycles I wanted and easy adjustment to customize my particular wash needs. My clothes come out clean and less wet which makes drying a shorter time.

Of course I bought another LG set because of their reliability. I sell appliances for a living and this is the brand I tell customer is the best! My wm3600 is quiet and has all the function I need.

I have had this for almost a month and am glad I finally purchased a front loading washer. LG has made one with all the features I wanted. So far so good. One of the reasons I wanted to switch from my top loader is that loads would become unbalanced and would stop and need manual load redistribution. I would go to the laundry room thinking my load would be done but it would have stopped with that problem. Not so with this one!
