I love the quick load feature and the extra long load feature for sanitizing sheets and towels. It is super quiet and has a cute bell when the load is complete.

The crew that showed up for installation were great in handling the washers (both new and old) up and down the stairway, no damage to walls within the house. Overall, I was happy with this washer and the service received.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the LG WM4000HBA smart washer when our Kenmore could not be repaired due to aging out of replacement parts. We are very satisfied with the washer thus far. I guess my only confusion is with a steam option that runs at cycle’s end even when using cold water wash option. You can tell the clothing is cool to touch after a couple of minutes but it still seems counter productive. Otherwise, we are happy with our choice.

Even the electronic copy gives little info. I cannot get the machine to do anything other than what comes up on the dial. For example, I cannot figure out how to get the machine to know I want an extra rinse!

One criticism is the lettering on the front panel is difficult to see in normal lighting. Otherwise we are very pleased with the washer and dryer.

I didn’t think I’d like this new one as much as I do. I love that I get reminders when my laundry is finished. It’s easy to use and the downloadable cycles that are available are great and give me so many more options, especially the handwash-wool cycle.

The washer is so easy to set and it's very forgiving when I forget to put something in and need to add. It's so quiet that I wish I had an indoor laundry room. Keeping it clean and dry after washes is no problem at all. I highly recommend both this washer and its companion dryer (I have the gas version).

The LQ washer has very good features, has a clean modern design and fit perfect within our laundry alcove. Best part is the connectivity with our smartphones so that we know when the wash is complete. It is quiet and you can hear it only barely as it cycles through the was. Our clothes come out clean and fresh and nearly dry after spin. THis is a highly recommended product and I am glad we made the choice.
