[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly I have never cared much about a washer and dryer but redoing my laundry room made me want more space (stackable) and matching. This washer is quiet, easy to use, and does a great job. Also easy to clean around the door. I do leave the door open until it is dry. I’ve heard they might have pump issues but and also told it is an easy fix.

They are quiet, have lots of features and get the clothes clean. This washer is WIFI-enabled and sends a message when the cycles finished. Really enjoy that. However with all these features there is NO LIGHT. Which is really annoying when trying to remove small items like socks...it's easy to miss one. If the washer had a light, I would have given it five stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer with the matching dryer. The versatility is very fascinating with cycles for just about every imaginable situation. My only complaint is that communication with the app is not always reliable. It does not always alert me when a cycle is done. One little bit of advice on placement - the washer door opens to the left, the dryer door to the right (but can be switched). If possible, place the dryer to the right of the washer for easy transfer of your load.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new LG washing machine is amazing. Extra large capacity is great for sleeping bags and comforters. Numerous cycles provide perfect care and cleaning for all types of loads. I am so happy we chose this machine.

AT ONE YEAR APPROXIMATELY IT STARTED RIPPING CLOTHES AND TOWELS AND WASH CLOTHS. I BOUGHT HD'S EXTRA WARRENTY AND THEY CAME TO INSPECT. FULLY INSPECTED AND COULDN'T FIND A PROBLEM AND THOUGHT IT MIGHT BE CAUSED BY THE DRYER. I'M MAKING AN EXPERIMENT TO PROVE WHICH IT IS. OTHERWISE IT HAS BEEN FANTASTIC FOR THE FIRST YEAR. CLEANS WELL AND IT IS QUIET. IF IT DIDN'T RIP FABRICS, I WOULD GIVE IT A 5 STARS.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] THe hot water inlet valve inside the washer stopped working and remained in the open position even when the washer was turned off and unplugged. The part # is LG 5220FR2006Z to replace it. It must happen often since there is a Youtube LG video to help with the job. I have attached the link. LG should increase the 1 warranty period.
