[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned an LG washer and dryer for the past 12 years and when I moved to a new place, I left that pair for my son. I knew I would buy another LG washer and dryer based on a long run with the original pair with no issues. I have washed several loads so far with my washer and the first thing I noticed is that it is so quiet. Then I noticed how quickly it runs through a cycle, and I have washed towels and clothes. It rings the clothes very well and it takes my Tide pod with no issues. I just throw the pod in the barrel not in the dispenser (very important). So far, very happy with my purchase. Plus it's a very attractive machine. Haven't used the Wifi yet, but will get that set up soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with this new machine. This is the 2nd LG front loader washing machine I have owned. My new machine has many more functions than my older one. I would have preferred to have a light in the drum on my new machine. That is the only thing lacking.

Literally stinks - world great, great features. But had a musty, rubbery smell from when the factory wrapping was removed. Twice spent 1/2 hours on Chat with LG and got cut off both times with the no follow up? Both times they said probably hooked up wrong with drain hose, etc. And finally convinced it smelled when unwrapped before even connecting to anything. Then they wanted me to hire a plumber to check out?? Both times communication stopped before a Next Step?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this over a month ago and notice that on all settings with the exception of the Highest Spin level or the Sanitary wash cycle, my clothes retain more water than they did with my old LG front load washing machine. I had to replace my 2013 LG front load washer recently and I purchased the equivalent model LG front load washer and am noticing this less than satisfactory issue with water extraction.

I did not know washers could be this great. I'm impressed by the smart interface and the features of the washer. It is incredibly convenient to have the washer sense how big the load is and display a timer on the interface. No need to check the laundry room to see if your clothes are still washing! I'm also impressed by how dry the clothes are after the spin cycle completes. I definitely save money on electricity on less time spent drying clothes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new machine works well . Has many settings and 2 of them are of shorter time which I find very convenient. Heavy duty does a great job too, it is the longest cycle but worthwhile. This is my first LG appliance.

After much research, we went with the front loader for efficiency and environmental reasons. The LG unit is easy to use, and get clothes super clean with little fuss. So far, so good...thanks!

I order both the dryer and the washer and up until last week I thought the washer might be the first LG appliance that was not horrible. Yep in typical LG fashion they didn't let me down by delivering another product that fails. The washer seal started leaking and I had to have the appliance store come out and replace the seal. While replacing the seal the tech had a bunch of issues getting it to work with CL constantly showing. After an hour he finally got it working. Will see how long this product lasts, but if it's like the last 5 LG appliances I owned... it will be dead next year.

A great washer with updated features that I love! LG listens - I had the previous model and recently moved needing a new washer, I purchased this one and it is better than the other one - built in steam and a better front glass design. It was totally worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this last fall and wish I had bought it sooner! It does a great job of washing clothes and extracting almost all of the water in the spin cycle, which cuts down on drying time. This is my second front load washer and the door seal has been greatly improved over my 30 year old model! I only wish a users guide would be included with the machine in addition to the operators manual in order to show all the features of the unit. I do not like going online every time I need to refer to the users guide.
