[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The worst washing machine I’ve ever had. Got this thinking it wouldn’t mold but everything smells like mold and I can’t get it clean enough on the sealing. It’s so terrible. Nothing smells clean anymore.

It's quiet, spacious, cleans very well, takes less time than predecessor, isn't too expensive, and it's easy to use. Setup was no problem and we even like its various purring, humming noises. The dark glass front doesn't allow us to view its operation but it doesn't seem to mind. Assuming reliability matches this opening gambit, we think was have a winner. Bravo!

This is the second LG washer I’ve owned. I love all the choices for cycles and how clean it gets my clothes. It works great but the rubber gasket has a horrible smell that won’t go away. I’ve tried vinegar and water, downy rinse and refresh, baking soda and water You might want to smell gasket before you accept washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did a lot of research before I purchased this washer and it paid off. It does a great job at cleaning all types of clothing and uses very little detergent and water.... I saw a considerable drop in my utilities.

I have only had my washier since Aug 1 2024. I have only used it 10 times went on vacation until Oct 1.And already stopped working leaking from a hose that has a inch cut. A code dE1 that means my door is open but it's not. The part the teach said is hot to the touch is behind where the door hitch click to tell the machine the door is close. That went bad and was hot to touch. Not cool. LG won't give me a new washier. So that is why I'm give it a 1 star. It's a no star for me. I was told by so many people and family not to buy a LG. They are pieces of poop. But I didn't listen and now I'm having to wait weeks to get parts in. Just give me a new washier please.

After much research, we went with the front loader for efficiency and environmental reasons. The LG unit is easy to use, and get clothes super clean with little fuss. So far, so good...thanks!

ThinQ washer was delivered 06/20/2024. As soon as it was unboxed and the washer door opened, it emitted a horrible acrid smell that irritates the throat, filled the whole downstairs with the stench. We've never had a new appliance smell so awful. One month later, the odor has dissipated somewhat, however it's still there. We've tried the tub clean cycle with bleach as a service tech suggested, but the odor remains, albeit much less than new. This is a five star product if not for the terrible odor. In our opinion, if you or your family have asthma, you may want to consider a different brand, as it definitely aggravated my wife's asthma.

It washes well and I like that I’m alerted on my phone when a cycle is completed. I’m still learning about some of the other features. It runs a little louder than our previous washer which is really the only reason I dropped the rating by a star. I’m excited to use it more.

Pretty quiet compared to my last one. Very nice looking. Pretty straight forward set up. I’ve only had this a couple of months so far so good! Hope it sticks around for quite some time! I held back on a 5 star because I couldn’t get the hose to fit the way I wanted to due to how it’s held in place on washer and me NOT being a handy-man, don’t have a tool to release the bottom

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my washer for a year and there is always a surprise 1st you have to DRAIN IT or it will do it itself all over your floor, 2nd the MOLD around the rim of the door is RIDICULOUS, constant cleaning after each use NO I'll do it later! 3rd it SHAKES the FOUNDATION to the house causing STRUCTUAL DAMAGE! 4th Now it has ERROzr codes IE if it isn't the water valve then it could be water pressure not enough for the washer to do it's job. Like really I didn't buy it on clearance or a second store "USED". At this time I should have went with a TOP LOADER! Learned from my MISTAKE.
