Service came, replaced the part and 2 weeks later,here we are again.same errors. Had my drain and electricity checked and all ok. Machine is a lemon! No one to talk to at LG

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this unit a little less than one month ago. So far, the experience is outstanding. The WM4000HBA uses less water and detergent than our previous model, always a plus. Our toddler produces some terrific stains on her clothes, and this LG unit conquers them all! We are still learning the various features of the model, but we can say without a doubt that this is a fantastic product that is well worth the purchase price!

Put an order of LG washer online on April 22, and it was said that it will ne delivered by May 9. Made several to Sams and LG, be told it was delayed and scheduled to deliver on May 29. May 29, no phone call or messages or email tell me the exact time to deliver. Afternoon called LG again and was told it was already delivered. Are you kidding me? I am working out of home, and it was delivered? When back home, a notice from Hub Group told me they tried to deliver at 10:40am, of course, they missed me because i am working. And give a 800 number to call for reschedule. But tried to call this customer service number several times, only Heard music no human. Sams, LG and Hub group kicked ball each other, never solved it till now. DON'T ordered LG washer from Sam's club online. So bad experience.

I loved the old one, but bought the model 4000, which was rated highly. It makes a LOT of noise, which I believe is due to the water pump. I'm not happy.

It does a great job of washing clothes and extracting almost all of the water in the spin cycle, which cuts down on drying time. This is my second front load washer and the door seal has been greatly improved over my 30 year old model! I only wish a users guide would be included with the machine in addition to the operators manual in order to show all the features of the unit. I do not like going online every time I need to refer to the users guide.

Our clothes come out clean every time (even terribly soiled items), delicates do not stretch, and we get a LOT more in this washer than our old 15YO front loader. The washer's only fault is the poor design of the detergent drawer which hits the door, if open, and will not open all the way. The trim on the bottom of the drawer really did not have to be that big.

I like the selection of wash cycles, notifications to app and Amazon Alexa, and the support for cold water wash. I also liked that it supports using liquid detergent with a time-delayed wash. I was disappointed that the detergent compartment is too small to hold what Tide recommends for a full HE load. I can only pour up to level 4 out of the 5 levels listed on the measuring cup. I was also disappointed that the storage pedestal cannot hold a 92 oz. Tide bottle. My previous HE washer could hold the full level 5 of Tide plus the full level 2 of Clorox 2 color safe bleach, and the pedestal could hold the 92 oz. Tide bottle.

I am very satisfied with the performance of the washer to clean laundry but very disappointed that the WiFi feature does not work. After several phone calls to technical support and a service, the WiFi is still not operating.

I chose this washer due to its Wi-Fi feature and the multiple features available. It has been performing flawlessly and I love knowing the current status at any time.
