Bought this a few weeks ago and really am enjoying this product

I bought this items few months ago and I’m very happy that I did. Save a lot of time and energy.

So far I love it. Cycles are quick it seems to do a very good job cleaning

We have had the new washer for a few months now and love it. Our last LG front loader lasted us over 15 years with no issues, so we hare hoping for the best with this one!

I bought this on November 1, 2023 including the matching dryer and pedestals from Sam's Club. I have been a member of Sam's club for at least 25+ years and have ALWAYS raved about them...until now. On November 12 they came and installed the units, waayyy ahead of schedule (still loving Sam's Club). I tipped both gentlemen for their work and was giddy with excitement. See, this was a present to my 75 year old mom who had a 20 year old Maytag. So I began washing things for her and showing her all of the advantages of this wonderful washer and dryer set. That is until I noticed water under the carpet leading to the washer and I'm talking a lot of water! I immediately contact Sam's Club via internet chat and thank God I took screen shots of the conversation in which they refer me to LG directly. So I contact LG and they come out on November 30 and inform me that the installation was wrong as the installers did not use the parts (NOTE: BASIC INSTALL INCLUDES ALL PARTS) required. Then needed to swap out my moms 20 year old Maytag water line with the LG ones. So the nice man from LG stays with me until I can get an actual person to help me. After being transferred repeatedly, and being put on hold I get to Dave at Order and Delivery Solutions whom I explain the ever escalating problem with. SIDE NOTE: Alex from LG was at least able to get behind the washer and turn the water off for me as these machines are huge on pedestals and I CANNOT MOVE THEM! Back to Dave... After him going back and forth with whomever he reports to and putting me on hold several times he assures me that he has escalated the situation and I should hear from someone in 3-4 hours. Well, that was 2 days ago and still NOTHING. I will try again with Sam's to see about getting someone out here today, but my hopes aren't high and I'm beyond disappointed with the customer service at Sam's Club. I guess what I'm saying is that at the end of the day, I'd spend a couple of bucks more and buy directly from LG.

I'm not writing this review on the washer because we haven't received it yet. I'm writing about Sam's Club delivery service (RXO). When we ordered it on Oct. 5th the site said the scheduled delivery date was Oct. 16th. Not great but we could live with that. Well on Oct. 10th we received a text from the delivery company that the washer was ready for delivery and for us to set up a date. The earliest date is Oct.30th!! Called them up and that's the earliest available, nothing sooner. Best part is that their warehouse is only about 50 miles from us. If we would have known it would take this long to get we would had ordered it from Home Depot or Lowes and paid the extra money. If that's the best Sam's Club delivery service can do they should hire more delivery drivers or Sam's should use someone else.

Washer delivered today 1.5 hour earlier than given time. without shutting the water valves , he removed the pipes and flooded. he connected the washer and did start the 15 minutes cycles. Just got the washer and still we have to use the washer for performance comment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the washer and dryer after our LG dryer stopped working after 6 years. Overall we’re very happy. Everything seems cleaner and softer than our previous model produced. We had smell/build up with previous model and this seems like an improved design. We have a 2nd floor laundry area and there is definitely less vibration! We are having problems setting up the app and WiFi features. Hopefully we’ll troubleshoot that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My machine was delivered a month ago and could not be happier. Love all the features and how well it washes the clothes. The clothes are ringed out so well and does not take long for the clothes to dry!!!

I am very pleased with WH400HWA washer I does what is says. The deliver company lied that we were not home. So we sat home for three days not a great start. The soap dispenser has a faulty design. Need to remember not to open it all the way. We have the cleanest floor for all the messes I cleaned up it because it dumps all the soap on the floor I have saved much money not using bleach. Not because we don"t need it, when we do we have bleach spots our clothes. We love our washer I just need some learning
