We bought this and it does not completely drain all the water out even at high speed spin. We had it replaced and the second one has the exact same problem. This is our 3rd LG front load washer we bought over the years and the other two had no problem draining the water out. we now are waiting for a repair man to come to see what the problem is.

This new front loader does an excellent job on wash AND spin. An added feature is the wifi which alerts your phone when the cycle is finished. No more running to basement to check on cycle only to find it's not. It even gives a 5 minute heads up (can be turned off). Would I buy again? YES! In a heartbeat.

I bought this in July and had nothing but problems, the washer doesn't spin enough to get the close dry, there is not a spin only cycle and when I tried to download using their UPC code for a more detailed manual, I get the manual that came with the washer and no info on how to get a spin only cycle. Don't buy an LG washer

Put an order of LG washer online on April 22, and it was said that it will ne delivered by May 9. Made several to Sams and LG, be told it was delayed and scheduled to deliver on May 29. May 29, no phone call or messages or email tell me the exact time to deliver. Afternoon called LG again and was told it was already delivered. Are you kidding me? I am working out of home, and it was delivered? When back home, a notice from Hub Group told me they tried to deliver at 10:40am, of course, they missed me because i am working. And give a 800 number to call for reschedule. But tried to call this customer service number several times, only Heard music no human. Sams, LG and Hub group kicked ball each other, never solved it till now. DON'T ordered LG washer from Sam's club online. So bad experience.

I am in the process of installing the washer, but the drain hose is much shorter than in the LG product pictures. Be aware, you may need an extension hose. Also, if stacking a dryer on top...the electric cord for the dryer is very short and will only extend 2 feet beyond the bottom of the dryer. If your outlet is low on the wall it may not reach when stacked.

We've been using it for about a month and couldn't be happier. It's a world away from our ancient top loader. Very quiet, vibration free, so many features we haven't even tried them all out yet. Can't wait to see how much lower our water bill gets! Clothes come out very clean and hardly damp. The app is great and we're still surprise when my phone dings with a message from the washer! My only question: why did we wait so long to upgrade?

I've only had this washing machine for two weeks and I couldn't be happier. It truly washes our clothes better than ever. My husband's greasy work shirts came out so clean I couldn't believe my eyes! It has an endless variety of choices so that no matter what kind of load you chose, your clothes will come out amazingly clean. I had many loads to catch up on when the washing machine was installed. It uses very little water and detergent and is super quiet too! On some cycles the clothes are spun extremely well. Of course, the gray looks so snazzy! I just love my new LG washing machine!

It was 6 years old was an excellent purchase. Our only disappointment was we had to purchase a more expensive model because the matching dryers were not available, supposedly due to covid. The less expensive model, which is like we left behind, would have served our needs just fine.
