[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the washer for about a month now. Works well. I have not been terribly impressed by all the advertised great features though. It was more expensive than traditional washers but I think does pretty much the same job. Only time will tell if this was worth the money but I am hopeful.

I love the notifications it sends me on my phone that the wash cycle has finished - and it connected flawlessly. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it doesn’t slowly spin to release the clothes after their final spin, but other than that - I actually like doing laundry now

I was afraid that the machines would be too complicated to use, but the controls are intuitive. We made the right choice!

So many functions to handle all the different types of loads, i.e. towels, rugs, delicates, permanent press. The dryer also has many features so you can chose temperature to prevent wrinkles.

The repairman laughed when I asked if it could be fixed, indicating I might be able to find parts in an antique store. A rapid, but thorough, internet search showed me that an LG would serve me best. I've been very pleased. My machine is quiet and reliable. The various cycles work. Clothes come out well-spun and smelling sweet. Bedding is handled very nicely. The machine's design makes it easy to use, and the app is handy.

Washer working well. Don't like the fact I needed to get online to download complete manual. The manual included with washer contained set up instructions and very basic use. No detailed instructions. I am old school, I don't want to look everything up on an app, nor do I want a electronic devise around the washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our washing machine was 10 years old, so upgrading to a new LG came with a lot of pleasant surprises, including an app that notifies you when loads are done. The app also lets you download different kinds of wash cycles like "small loads" and "baby clothes." This washing machine truly makes doing laundry more interesting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the different cycles and use of steam. Lots of room for big loads and cleans well. The only thing I hate is the pedestal drawer. Nothing will fit in it!! No bottles of anything will fit. It is made only for pod boxes and I don’t use pods. Very disappointed in that part. Also on certain cycles a lot of water remains in the soap dispenser drawer. Messy to empty. Not sure what’s happening with that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] maybe its just a lemon but according to techs machine is suppose to function this poorly. Very small capacity, can't fit queen size blanket. Just overall poor quality, loyd noises that sound like malfunctioning parts, does not get clean, steam is lacking or non existence, Would not recommend this model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG machine definitely gets our clothes cleaner than our previous front loader. We can see the difference. One criticism is the lettering on the front panel is difficult to see in normal lighting. Otherwise we are very pleased with the washer and dryer.
