[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] just upgraded after 13 years to this washer and coukd not be more pleased. almost went with a top loader to avoid smell, but am confident that wiping dry between loads and using the front drai will avoidvthat issue. Very happy with cleaning and efficiency

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this washer for about 3 weeks. So far, I am generally happy with it. I miss some features from my old machine like a light in the washer and the ability to control some cycles more easily. I also miss the hand wash feature.

We have only had this washer for a couple of months and so far are very pleased with how it cleans. Not happy with how noisy it is but guess thats to be expected. Just can't do laundry while my husband is sleeping. The rubber area round the door gets water and crud caught under the rubber after washing. I just have to remember to clean that area out and then leave the door open so the inside can dry before I close it so hopefully it will not smell. So far not bad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this washer. I was skeptical at first to buy a front loader but learned that the manufacturers have fixed the "water in door" issue. A rubber circle that drains is now in the door which the water can drain out of.

The direct drive is great and the turbo wash is a must have. I do wish there was a way to increase the volume of the notifications. Other than that it’s a great washer!

Everything about this washer is terrific! I can customize my washer so that I control what I want to do for any load! And I mean customize every aspect of a wash cycle! Maybe you think you wouldn’t but trust me you will!

Much cleaner than the top loader it replaced. The controls are a bit intimidating and you really need to download the operators manual to get the most out of the machine. Overall well pleased with the purchase.

The operation is easy and the instructions were comprehensive. We bought the pedestals to raise the front loaders for easy loading. I like the warranty and we are very pleased with there operation.

Having the alerts on my phone telling me the load time left or when it is finished has been great. It did take several loads to get the hang of the controls. I can tell a difference in our laundry compared to our old unit. Definitely pleased with our decision.
