We've had this washer about 3 months. It's done a great job so far with no problems. It's very quiet and it's nice to get notifications when it's done so the clothes don't sit in the washer for too long. It spins great, so well in fact the laundry often sticks to the metal drum. This helps in drying the laundry.

There was showing an error code and we decided to buy new LG washer. I am sure an error code we could have resolve the issue but we were happy to get new LG machine.

My clothes are coming our incredibly clean and dewrinkled - I wish we would have gotten them years ago! We did our research on consumer reports and LG outshined GE and Samsung ! So glad we went with this washer and dryer set!

We recently moved to a new house and bought this as an upgrade from our old set. We had the older model of this same line and loved them so we just bought the new version. Very easy to use, does a great job with cleaning, plenty of features without being too much. Definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] after almost every load there is water and suds left in machine...unless i hit rinse and spin at the end of cycle i am stuck with very wet clothes i use the high spin cycle to use normal cycle forget it never ever had this problem with any other machine

Long delay after purchase due to washer being backordered but I'm happy with it and it was worth the wait. I've only had it for about week so I'm still getting used to the features. I have a cover on my couch because I allow my dogs to sit with me. Between the dogs and color still bleeding from my jeans in the summer heat and humidity, the cover was really dirty. This washer made that cover look new again.

I actually look forward to doing laundry now. Here are just a few of the very useful features: 1. The Thin Q app provides many additional wash cycles to choose from. The nice part about this is you don't have to remember a bunch of settings, nay. I just need to ask myself what I am washing and pick the cycle for that load. In other words, Baby Clothes? Beachwear?, Delicate Dresses? Hand Wash/Wool? These and more are cycles you can download and run... All settings optimized. Even a house husband like me can figure this out. Another cool feature is my washer is linked to my dryer and it instructs my dryer on what is on its way AND how to dry it. How cool is that? I am so glad my old machine broke down. There is no comparison in the quality of cleaning. It's also eco-friendly.

One criticism is the lettering on the front panel is difficult to see in normal lighting. Otherwise we are very pleased with the washer and dryer.

I bought a month ago. it’s world of difference with this one. has lot of options to choose washing setting. It’s really quiet and with wifi control makes it accessible around the house which can be handy in situation. this size seems right for our family size.
