[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased an LG washer for the 1st time at the beginning of 2009. It served us so well that when it was time to replace it, we ordered the latest model a month ago. We expect another 14 + years!

I love my LG washer and dryer. The washing and drying cycles are quick and the clothes are cleaned well. Also, I like that you don't need to use very much detergent to get the clothing cleaned. It is easy to program to get just about any combination of washing you need.

After considerable research on available washing machines, we decided to stick with LG because of our prior experience with LG, the excellent reviews received from non-biased reviewers and the competitive pricing that was made available to us. Our new LG washing machine has lots of new bells and whistles that we're still experimenting with, but so far we are quite pleased with the machines performance.

I hate it!!! Directions aren't specific. Can't see the light which indicates what cycle you are on. Every cycle except a couple indicates it takes 29 minutes. Have to try setting it at least 3 times before a reasonable time comes up. It takes me from 5 - 15 minutes to get a load to start actually washing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a couple weeks ago. It’s awesome that it connects to the net and lets us know when the load is finished. As people who are busy and don’t have time watching when the clothes are done, this gives us a notice no matter where we are that the clothes are finished. We don’t have to keep checking on it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old LG washer started to have problems with load sensing, so we opted to get a new washer rather than repairing the old one. We bought the turbo 360 and thoroughly love it. It washes faster than the old one, but what we love the best is the spin cycle. The old unit would sometimes have trouble getting the load right to spin, but this new one has no issue. It starts slowly and just progressively increases speed so there is no shaking or jumping around, especially with bulky loads like towels or bedding. Especially like the door jets that circulate the wash and rinse water into the center of the load to make the tumbling more efficient.

We bought this washer over a month ago and we’re immediately impressed on how clean the clothes were. I didn’t think I would learn to use the different features but the more I tried, the better the results. My husband’s stinky work clothes get clean and smell nice. Results are the same on the dog’s bedding. I am more than satisfied with this washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from 7-year-old laundry set, I am astonished with how well the LG cleans, and how quiet it is. The steam settings are a big plus!!! The push notifications that the laundry is done are so helpful. I did my research. And knew this was a highly rated product - and I'm glad I purchased it.

BUT there were NO instructions that came with it to tell us how to operate it except the on and wash cycle. I can't override the temperature controls or any of the other controls. The only one that will work is the "Add an Item". The other prompts don't work. Also, I'm told that this is a WiFi machine. There were no instructions for that either. If I want to wash something that's heavy, it pre-sets the wash time for an hour and 45 minutes!!!!!!!!!!! THAT'S RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! So the only setting that I can use is NORMAL.
