[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is quiet and efficient, and a HUGE improvement over our 10 year old Samsung.... not a surprise. I took away 1 star because the control pad is a bit clunky to use, otherwise this is a really nice machine with a large capacity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine replaced a 13 year old LG TROMM washer that was horribly loud and shook the house during its spin cycle. This machine does not make a lot of noise, even during spin cycles, large load or small. Haven't had it long but I am so far pleased with the machine's performance. The Wifi stuff is a bit flakey, but that's not required to use the machine.

No complaints after 10 months. I do have some concerns for the longevity of some of the plastic parts. The door latch and tray pull-out seem a bit finicky where I can see them easily failing at some point. Also a bit of a bummer I can not flip the door swing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer is amazing and handles any type of stains or clothes. Has more than enough features that we will ever use. Only negative in my opinion is it shakes little bit when spinning cycle starts, however my installer said it was normal?

Had an old noisy front loader. My LG is so quiet and cleans so much better. The high speed spin almost dries clothes. There are lots of features, but selecting a cycle is as easy as turning the knob and letting artificial intelligence make the choices..

Read the setup instructions; found out we were the dummies. 2. Lots and lots of setting to explore. I’m looking forward to getting to know it and test out the settings like bedding.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this in April to replace an older machine. Thankful for the updates in front loader technology. Loving the shorter washing times. After adjusting soap levels, this machine works great for us.

A little over a week ago, our LG washer was delivered. I am amazed at the results. We washed an old comforter from our bed. It took our spots that had been there for years. We are using the same detergent as we used with the old washer, be very different results. Cleaner / brighter clothes and bedding. WOW

Bought washer in July and working great but I had to wait a week to use it until I was able to get someone here to level it. Was unable to do it myself. Miss having a booklet just in case I do have a problem. Love having a larger tub so I can wash my blankets and quilts. Took me a bit to feel secure about the control panel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our 10 yr old LG that started to give us trouble on the spin, seems that they only live for the 10 yr warranty, but we were very happy with our previous LG washer, and we still have the drier stacked up, so we wanted to get the newer model so things would fit. We are so far, after 1 month, very happy with the washer, we probably spent more than what we wanted but this is something that is critical so we went with this model that has great features. I am still trying to get more from the WIFI other than alerting me when the load is done.
