[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Moving from my old agitator top load washer to this magnificent computer laundry master was hard to do....but boy am I glad I did. The washer is a computer marvel and so quiet with exceptional cleaning ability.

We bought this washer to replace our old one that broke and so far, we are pretty happy with it. It is large, quiet, and has many different programs such as towels and bedding that hopefully wash the clothes better and maintain the machine working for longer too. I still have to try the remote start which is interesting feature!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is quiet and efficient, and a HUGE improvement over our 10 year old Samsung.... not a surprise. I took away 1 star because the control pad is a bit clunky to use, otherwise this is a really nice machine with a large capacity.

Although it took about four weeks to get my machine, it was well worth the wait. It is extremely quiet, very gentle on my more delicate clothes, and has great features. I haven’t yet washed a comforter in it yet, but it looks like even a king comforter would fit with room to spare! The darker color I purchased is beautiful too. Although I have only been using my washer now for about a month, I am extremely pleased with it!

Upon delivery and installation, everything seemed fine until my wife came home to use it - it would not balance, and the front seal was twisted out of shape. This necessitated a repair call from an LG certified repairman in our area. He discovered a simple issue with an interior spring being disconnected somehow. After the repair was made, washer is working perfectly through all cycles. It's a workhorse!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine cleans so well my clothes and bedding smell so clean. The clean out for the washer is easy to use. I have 5 dogs and the washer before this one did a terrible job. This washer gets the hair out and doesn't shake my floor.

After a lot of research on a number of different models and manufactures we decided to pick between the LG and the GE models. After reading a number of reviews we decided out our LG units. I love all of the features and still have a few more to test but so far we are happy. The soap dispense option on the GE was a major draw to that unit. LG should offer the Pod or full bottle option to their units. We are very happy with our purchase so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my first LG front loading washer in 2004. It ran wonderfully and when the bearings finally went on it this month (18 years later), I replaced it with another LG front loading washer. I expect this one to run just as well.
