My washer is in the basement so getting a notification that a load is done saves me so much time and also saves me money and energy as I'm not rewashing all the time! All my clothes, including cloth diapers, come out so clean!

I’ve had my washer for over a month and have been satisfied with my choice so far. Prior to this washer I had the same model washer/dryer for 13 years. Three small tears appeared in the seal about 4 weeks after use, I called LG and they sent a repair person out and the seal was replaced at no cost to me. I have a family of 5 and do at least one load a day. My washer has to have a big drum and needs to be a work horse. I think this LG washer fits the bill. Very happy with my purchase. Since I rely on my washer so heavily I was willing to spend money for quality and durability. I feel the LG is a very good value and is a perfect fit for my needs.

We started with nice, went to better, then to very basic…”like the one your grandmother had” as one repairman advised when asked what you should get. We had trouble with them all. One thing or another broke. We bought a different brand each time trying to get one that would last. We haven’t had this one long, so I can only speak to how it functions now. It is quiet, roomy and cleans the clothes efficiently. It is easy to use. We are very pleased so far.

Besides performing the expected cleaning of the laundry, it spins the water out very well, is quiet, and has great features. I especially like the "delay" you can set. I set up laundry before bed and schedule it to run early the next morning so things are ready to go in the dryer before breakfast.

I purchased my LG Washer and Dryer 2022. I was very happy initially. However, after after reading the the information booklet I realized that there was upkeep. There is a hose at the bottom of the washer and a filter too. The hose has to be emptied of water and the filter cleaned out routinely. Also the soap dispenser should be left open to dry out any residual water. The care of the washer was never explained to my upon purchase of the washer and dryer. The hose to empty the water is at the front bottom of the washer and it is not very long so it is hard to empty. I have to get down on the floor to do this which is not easy for me. Even though you receive the manual it should have been explained at time of purchase. I do not know if I would have purchased the appliances had I known.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my LG washer a little over a month ago, replacing an almost forty year old machine, and I couldn’t be happier. The new machine has so many different cycles that it is hard to say which I like best. Each one is tailored to a particular type of load, and everything comes out beautifully. I like the way the detergent and softener is added, and how the machine handles everything during the cycles. The water usage is almost negligible, compared with the old machine, and the clothes come out much cleaner. Further, the machine spins the load so much faster, extracting more water from the clothes, with the result that drying time is reduced. The machine has a huge drum, so it can hold more clothes per load than before. And the machine will, if you have downloaded the LG app, tell you when the load is finished. (This is particularly helpful, since the machine is very quiet.) Overall, just an outstanding machine, which I am extremely happy with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After much study, we decided to buy an LG washer. It's energy and water efficient. We downloaded the user's manual from the WEB site which help us both appreciate and utilize the features of the product. Tru-Balance and anti-vibration keep the unit both quiet and stable, even on the pedestal. WIFI seems unnecessary and we're not sure we'll use it much. Overall, we are very satisfied with the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this unit as a replacement for a 10 year old front load LG washer that had a good run but needed to be replaced. This new unit has about 30% better capacity than the old unit for about the same footprint. With the old unit, washing a queen comforter was out of the question but could be easily accomplished in this unit. This new unit is quiet, has a steam feature and the connectivity to the app, while not essential, is useful. Highly recommend.

The only thing we were concerned about was service as we live outside of Durango and there are no dedicated LG service locations anywhere near. We did buy an ESC. I hope this washer lasts as long as our previous washer, 16 yrs.
