The Turbo Wash feature is great! It cleans the clothes well in half the time compared to our previous Kenmore front loader. It's quiet, doesn't shake, so no vibration noise, load capacity very well suited for our family of three. There's many features we have yet to try (bells and whistles) like the Wi-Fi connection and steam setting. Definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the different cycles and use of steam. Lots of room for big loads and cleans well. The only thing I hate is the pedestal drawer. Nothing will fit in it!! No bottles of anything will fit. It is made only for pod boxes and I don’t use pods. Very disappointed in that part. Also on certain cycles a lot of water remains in the soap dispenser drawer. Messy to empty. Not sure what’s happening with that.

Had this machine for over a month now and still can’t figure out what it’s doing. It just does it’s own thing completely (AI) and I don’t care for it. I thought it would be a good fit for my family with the reviews I read, but it’s way too sensitive. I should have went with a simpler machine. I miss my old LG, it had a water plus feature that I used regularly and it made a huge difference in how clean my clothes came out. I have washed the same clothes and have used the same detergents in this new machine as my old one and my clothes don’t come out nearly as clean as they used to. Another issue is, you only have a small window of time to pause it and add items otherwise you are locked out. Better make sure all the clothes pockets are empty and you don’t have anything of importance in said clothes by accident, because you will not be able to retrieve it once it’s locked. There are a number of things about this machine that I don’t like, but basically I feel I have no operating authority over this machine and now I have to try and make the best of it. 🤷‍♀️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine replaced a 13 year old LG TROMM washer that was horribly loud and shook the house during its spin cycle. This machine does not make a lot of noise, even during spin cycles, large load or small. Haven't had it long but I am so far pleased with the machine's performance. The Wifi stuff is a bit flakey, but that's not required to use the machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, the LG Washer and Dryer are operating superbly. The smart features let me know when the wash or drying is completed (I like that). The operation is easy and the instructions were comprehensive. We bought the pedestals to raise the front loaders for easy loading. I like the warranty and we are very pleased with there operation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product a few weeks ago. There are a couple of features that I am still getting used to. One thing that I am disappointed in is that there is no interior light when the door is open. It is difficult to see if I have left anything inside when I am unloading it. I also think that the drain hose on the bottom is too short. Other than that, I am still getting used to it.

I read reviews on Consumer Reports and selected this model based on the reviews which were maybe the highest of the washers rated. I have to say that it lives up to the reviews. Quiet, no vibration, many options for types of laundry, uses way less water than my old top load washer. I have nothing but good things to say. I am still leaning all of the settings and have not connected to WIFI yet, so a little more to do before I am fully functional.

This is the second machine we bought. A couple years ago we bought this machine for our apartment. I do a lot of laundry. Never had a problem.We purchased a second apartment and as we never had a problem with the machine, bought a second identical machine for our second apartment.
