It dissolves immediately, doesn't have any particular taste or texture to make things taste weird which is what I'm most excited about. I plan to use it to bake with as well. With this, 4 was too much. Two would be more accurate. Just remember, it’s not sugar, so it won’t taste like sugar. It has a vanilla type taste to it instead!
