Good price

We used this for a long time when I was on keto, we started to notice a headache uptick we then went on a break of not using it and we stoped the major headaches. So yes it's good for low sugar but seemed to make headaches worse and almost everyday. It has some sketchy ingredients but overall we didn't hate it.

I’m a huge coffee drinker and I make my own iced coffee at home. This was an awesome sugar substitute. The price is not bad either. I decided to switch brands. Truvia is now my go to.

We’ve been using truvia for years. Agree with the most recent posts. They reduced the contents of a packet by a third but you can guess it, they didn’t reduce the price by a third. Didn’t even reduce the 400 packet box size, same box. Cargill you only burnt me once (maybe twice) but no more.

It’s just as sweeet without having that nasty aftertaste that some sugar alternatives have. I like how convenient the packets are to carry around.
