We used this for a long time when I was on keto, we started to notice a headache uptick we then went on a break of not using it and we stoped the major headaches. So yes it's good for low sugar but seemed to make headaches worse and almost everyday. It has some sketchy ingredients but overall we didn't hate it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Calorie free sugar alternative that definitely tastes like sugar. Doesn’t leave an aftertaste. Easy to use and isn’t gritty like sugar sometimes is. Sugar can sometimes be strong but truvia isn’t that way. It’s very pleasant!

One of its biggest advantages is that it dissolves easily and quickly, without leaving any residue. Moreover, the individual packet format is ideal and very practical. The sachets are perfect to carry with you, and their wrapping is durable (which ensures they are well-preserved and protected) without compromising their easy opening and use. Highly recommended! It is the perfect choice for anyone looking for a high-quality sweetener.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am used to using plain sugar so when given the opportunity to try stevia leaf trivia packets I thought why not. I am pleasantly surprised how good it tastes. It has zero calories and no artificial sweetener. You get 80 packets which is awesome. I used the sugar in my coffee which I needed two packets for. Each packet seems to be about a teaspoon worth. The packets are easy to open and distribute the right amount of taste as if you were using sugar. The sweetener gives the right amount of flavor as if you were using sugar itself. Worth trying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually use this wit tea but wanted to try it in my coffee. It didn’t disappoint, it was just sweet enough without that fake sugar taste. I only used one packet and that was perfect. This is going to be my new sweetener

The packaging is very convenient for on-the-go use, and the individual packets make measuring the perfect amount for my coffee so simple.
