Why no ingredients shown?

There is a reason they don't show the ingredients, it isn't Stevia, its Erythritol. I also bought pure Stevia and the difference between the two is substantial. The amount of actual Stevia used compared to Truvia is impressive. Stevia isn't great but way better than this Truvia stuff with Erythritol. What does WebMD say about Erythritol ... "There's increasing scientific evidence that erythritol and other artificial sweeteners can be bad for your health. Recent research shows erythritol may be associated with an increased risk of heart attack, stroke, and even death. But erythritol is on the list of "Generally Recognized as Safe" foods by the FDA." "Stevia may also: Affect the healthy bacteria in your stomach, causing gas and bloating. Raise heart attack and stroke risks, because it's often mixed with ERYTHRITOL, which has been found to increase these risks." C'mon Cargill, you can do better ... oh, wait ...

Healthier alternative to artificial sweeteners

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Truvia is made from stevia, a natural sweetener that is a healthier alternative to sugar and artificial sweeteners. The texture looks similar to sugar but it dissolves instantly into whatever you’re making. The taste is different from sugar so it will take some adjustment to get used to it. I just use less so that it is not as noticeable.

Sweetness that blends easily in my tea

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this sugar substitute as it tastes exactly like regular sugar. It’s tastes great with my morning tea. I serve my husband’s coffee with truvia as he is diabetic and controls his sugar intake. It is made of stevia leaves so it’s all natural and plant based. It comes with 80 sachets and perfect portion needed for my tea. It dissolves easily and quickly. Highly recommended!!!

Great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Truvia is way better than other calorie-free sweeteners. By far! It’s less toxic, has less aftertaste, and can be much more versatile. It can’t get a full 5 from me just because it does still have that “taste” but I can tolerate it and it does the job!

Zero sugar, keto-friendly, plant-based sweetener

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy using Truvia Stevia Leaf Sweetener as part of my daily routine. It gives me the sweetness I want without adding sugar or calories, which helps me stay on track with a healthy, low-sugar lifestyle. I appreciate that it’s plant-based, keto-friendly, and suitable for anyone watching their carb intake or trying to manage their weight. I use it in my coffee, tea, yogurt, and even sprinkle it on cereal, and it dissolves easily without leaving a strange aftertaste. The individual packets are very convenient and mess-free, making them perfect for travel, work, or keeping in my bag. The packaging keeps everything fresh and easy to store without taking up much space. I also like knowing exactly how much sweetness I’m adding each time, which helps with portion control. One of my favorite little details is the positive quotes on each packet; they add a small but uplifting moment to my day and make the experience feel more personal. Overall, Truvia lets me enjoy sweetness in my life without compromising my health goals, and it has become a staple in my kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received compliments of influenster in exchange for my honest review. I try to avoid sugar as much as possible. Truvia is a trusted brand and these packets are wonderful. Truvia is always consistent with their products. I use one packet for my coffee, it dissolves easily, tastes great! A little goes a long way and these are affordable. They have no aftertaste and is easy to use while on the go.

New Smaller Packaging

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dear Truvia - I am all for saving paper and conservation but, maybe when you were beta testing the new smaller package size, you should have used a test subject with fingers larger than a 3rd grader. There is usually more on my counter than in my morning coffee.

Not for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried to like this but the taste was too weird for me. I know there's a lot of people who enjoy the sugar substitutes but this lady does not. The box is convenient to use especially to travel or just grab a few or keep it at a coffee station

Buyer beware

I liked this sweetener and, as a registered dietitian, considered this the best sugar alcohol until reading this recent study (August '24) of products that contain erythritol. "Erythritol is a common artificial sweetener. Low amounts occur naturally in fruits and vegetables. It is also made inside our cells as part of normal metabolism. But when used as a sweetener, erythritol levels are typically more than '1,000-fold greater than levels found naturally in foods.' A new study recently published in the journal Arteriosclerosis, Thrombosis and Vascular Biology, Trusted Source, reports that erythritol use may increase a person’s risk of blood clots, which when formed inside a blood vessel can restrict the movement of blood and oxygen around the body."

Tea time with Truvia just got sweeter!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Packaging was so cute, I loved the encouraging words on each packet. I believe I noticed about 11 different ones. The box and and packets were easy to open and dispense. Flavor was sweet and left no weird after taste like most sweetners. It dissolved in my hot tea with a couple of spoon twirls.
