No warranty / not serta / junky

This chair is not made by Serta. It's made by some fly by night "innovations" company out of California where they likely import them from China...and slap the Serta brand name on them They will not replace anything on the chair that fails under warranty. They'll just gaslight you until you give up trying to get it repaired. If you want something to last over a year do not buy this chair, spend some more money on something better.

Sturdy and comfortable

I have had this chair for 9 years. I've worked from home and use it everyday. The chair is still in excellent condition but the seat has started to peel. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it structurally or functionally, so it's going into my husband's workshop. I'm heading back to Sam's to buy another one. Hopefully it will last another 9 years!

Breaks down quickly

The chair is comfortable and I liked it at first, but I purchased it in March and the seat is now ripping at the seams at the beginning of December. I wouldn't buy this one again, as previous chairs with the same amount of usage have lasted a few years.

Defective Chair

We bought 3 chairs on August 24th, 2023. Not even 6 months passed, 2 of the 3 chairs had a tear in the seat pad. Attached are the photos. showing the defect. Customer service is bad; an email was sent to Serta for claiming the warranty, but no response is received. Giant waste of money. Do not buy this chair, look for something else.

BACK TOO LOW. NO WAY TO TELL.

I bought this today and got it home and assembled and back in my office. THEN I found that THE BACK IS NOT NEARLY TALL ENOUGH. There was no way to tell from the picture or description. No display model to try. From the photos, it looked like a regular "manager's chare" with a high back and headrest. The "headrest" hits me across my shoulder blades. Very uncomfortable. Looks like I'm stuck with it, though. :(

Try it first for comfort.

I bought this chair and they had none to try for comfort. Big mistake. The most uncomfortable chair I ever sat in. I used for on week and it tore my leg up bad. Hoping to take it back and find something better. Waiting to hear from them. Do not buy if you can not try it out first. Would not lower enough for a short person.
