The material of the leather feels like plastic and will not last long, I bought a desk chair 6 yrs ago and I paid 99.00 and it lasted a long time, I think this will be gone within a year

This chair was purchased to replace a LaZboy office chair which had excellent lumbar support. While this chairs support is not quite as good as the other, it is quite comfortable and I'm happy with my choice.

Bad Quality - stay away....

Do not buy! The material is so bad. Bought it in Nov 2022. Supposed to last a min of 5 years. The cover is cracked already - started the cracks around Oct 2024.

Comfortable and Easy to Assemble

I purchased this chair because I was in desperate need of an office chair and was having horrible back pain from using a dining room chair. I love this chair and it took me 20 minutes to assemble it while talking on the phone. I went to YouTube and watched the assembly video and it was so easy. My chair is comfortable, and I am able to sit properly and I feel more productive.

Tends to lean forward

I got this recently. It's pretty easy to assemble. I watched my 15-yr-old son put it together and finished it pretty quickly. I like the look of it. I give it 3-stars because it's not very comfortable to sit on. It tends to lean forward. You need to sit all the way to the back side so it's not leaning forward or feel uneven but over time as your seating position moves to the middle of the chair, you'll feel it leaning forward. Maybe the cushion towards the front needs to be thicker, firmer or higher. I want to return it but it's like more trouble and no assurance that the replacement will be better. I'm doing this review if it helps for others to decide.

Mediocre at best

Padding is too thick in lumbar area and seat bottom. The seat bottom being too thick causes the height to be much higher at the low end of the height adjustment. The lumbar area being too thick causes poor posture. Very mediocre chair overall and would not waste money on another.

Keeps going down on it own!

Comfortable Chair, that is when it stays up. I raise it up to wear I want it and not long after that, in a mater of minutes, it goes back down to where I am no longer comfortable with it. I then raise it up again and again it goes right back down. Not all the way down but a few inches. I purchased this chair on January 31, 2024 so just a bit over 1 year old. Should of lasted longer than this!

EASY to put together and Very Comfortable!!

I bought this at our Sam's Club as we needed a new office/desk chair for home office. I put it together myself in about an hour. I am a female who has arthritis and other back issues and I was very happy that I could do it by myself. My husband made sure the screws and such were tight enough later (and they were!) but I hope this can help someone. I sat on it for a few hours and I did not hurt like I had been with our previous, now deceased, chair.
