The seat is comfortable, but I wish it leaned back a little more

Good chair for the price!

Great chair for the price! Super comfortable to sit in! I work full time from home in this chair and I'm never uncomfortable

I needed a new chair as I work from home and have a business so I spend many hours in the office. Easy to put together, took me about 30 minutes. Very comfortable and I like that you can lock the tilt on it because I hate those chairs that go so far back you feel like your going to fall. Three main functions are height, tilt and the tension. Pretty good deal for under $100, mine was on sale. I added a chair massager that I got from my job and it's perfect for long work days.

This is a great value for the money. This chair was easy to assemble, and suit my needs perfectly. The armrest are a bit uncomfortable, but other than that, this chair is ideal for a home office space. Here is a suggestion: Serta should install wheel locks for those who do not care for the chair to move around. That's just my two cent criticism, take it for what it's worth.

I LOVE my new office chair - the lumbar support is wonderful - and the head height is perfect - the quality is amazing and having to sit all day is actually more comfortable than any chair I have had in the past. Very pleased with my decision and purchase of the Serta Memory Foam Manager's Office Chair. Very sleek and amazingly comfortable!

This is a great and comfortable chair. It looks very nice and easy to put together. The reason why I did not give it a five (5) star, is because the seat of the chair is short, meaning it's not a full seat. If I could get the chair to recline a little, it would be much better, but because I can't it makes my thighs hurt. It's a decent chair, but the seat needs to be full.

Very comfortable with lower back support.

The chair was acceptably comfortable, I have no complaints there. However, after a few months, I begin noticing that the chair was squeaking and creaking every time I sat down in it and for the entire duration of my work session. As I work remote, from home, this was increasingly unacceptable because the noise was carried out over my teleconference sessions. I also could not record any voiceover while using this chair. No amount of bolt tightening or application of silicon or even wd-40 was sufficient. So, I had to look for another chair. I would have returned this one, but I kept it too long to do so, I believe. Also, the pleather surface of the airmchairs began breaking down much earlier than I had expected.

Looks nice but not comfortable at all. Also doubt the material will hold up to everyday use.
