Whole Ribeye: Excessive Fat, Tough, and Horrible Quality and Flavor

Great meat. We cut it into about 16-18 steaks

Makes for lots of really great steaks! Used my FoodSaver and packaged 17 steaks between 1 and 1.3 lbs.

Just the right amount of fat to cook right and be tasty. Very good flavor from the grain fed animal. Tender and juicy.

We served this roast for Christmas dinner and it was a hit. Tender and medium rare cooked low and slow. Delicious.

Great value and good chunk of meat. i Paid 159 dollars for this and got 15 ribeye steaks out of it about 1 1/4 inches a slice. Nice Steaks!

I have recently bought prime rib roasts from 2 other local stores, one meat market $13.99 and super market bone in $10.99. While these came pre-seasoned and tasted good, I followed a Facebook recipe and it by far was the best so far.

My so called whole ribeye was 14.79lbs The 4/5 lb chuck end of the ribeye, the best part was removed leaving me with a cut that quickly turned into mediocre strip steaks.
