This is my fourth Samsung product and most certainly the greatest value on the market! It is so QUIET-just as advertised. I have recommended this model to several friends & family members-after seeing/hearing ours's, my brother just purchased one as well. ***** Very happy continued customer.

I was disappointed by the long wash cycles, but that appears to be the industry norm nowadays as companies try to meet energy efficiency standards. My only complaint is how Samsung designed the dishwasher to handle error codes. When my dishwasher detected a leak (or thought it did), it flashed a blinking "LC" code, and you could hear a constant whirring sound as it attempted to clear out any water (I assume). The problem is, you can't simply turn the dishwasher off while you wait for repairs. Every time I powered it down, it turned itself back on and continued the flashing and whirring. We had to actually turn off the breaker to keep the dishwasher off! I get not wanting anyone to try to run a dishwasher that may have a leak, but there has to be a less annoying/intrusive way of doing so. (There was no leak, by the way. False alarm, I guess.)

I love the features of it and the wifi capabilities. Including the sleekness of the black color which looks amazing. My only complaint is sometimes it doesnt wash the dishes perfectly. Ive tried several soaps/tablets/powders but sometime the dishes are still dirty. Thats my complaint. But if you rinse the dishes first then its better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It had a great feature looks good and worked great first initial 9months. First issue that we encountered was the auto release of door for drying and which did not open after cycle (Applying silicon lubricant worked). Second issue was the 3C error code (Drainage error). The drain looked good but keep getting the error code. Wish the product worked in all aspects.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is certainly one of the best dishwashers I've ever had! It is so quiet when it runs I sometimes have to double check if it is actually on. It does a great job cleaning dishes. The smart feature sometimes don't connect automatically so I would have to reconnect it a couple times before it works. Overall great product!

Only got to use the dishwasher 1 week before it gave an error code that made it stop working altogether. I'm getting the run around from the warranty service provider and have been without the use of the dishwasher longer that I've had it. This is ridiculous. Something brand new should not breakdown in 1 week with pump failures. Now I have no idea when I'm going to have a working dishwasher because repair people are telling me all different things and saying they can't get the parts right now.

The dishwasher started leaking and getting error codes. called Samsung technician and after inspection he claims it was damage during delivery also paid for to samsung for delivery. since it happened after 10days after delivery its not covered. The issue can not be seen so no way we could know it was damage on delivery. I bought top of the line dishwasher, range, microwave, dryer and washer. Its surprising after spending almost $5000 they will not cover a faulty top of the line dishwasher. I earlier bought Samsung phone, fridge and TV. I'm so done with Samsung rest of my life.

I cannot say anything about reliability yet, but I can say that it works really well. Clean dishes all the time and incredibly silent. I almost cannot tell it is running. Time will tell, but so far, I am very happy.

When the washer worked it was amazing! After four years the water vane as decided to stop cleaning the bottom rack. It didn't throw an error code. After speaking to technicians I replaced the vane's magnet hoping that would fix the issue. It hasn't. Beyond frustrating. I have a technician coming out to look at it and wonder if it is the motor.

Technicians from a company called RXO were sent to install it. When they left, it displayed the status code 4C every time, which it has done every time since. The technician knew it displayed the code every time, and that the dishwasher did not work, but he left anyway. 3 weeks later, after I persistently bothered them, they sent another crew who...also said they couldn't fix it. Don't buy this or any other dishwasher from Sam's.
