While we have only had this a few weeks, it is extremely quiet! It is a welcome change since we have an open kitchen to family room and couldn't hear the TV previously. It is well build, cleans perfectly and the three trays make it very useful.Installation was easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my partner told me we were getting another dishwasher and how excited they were by it, I was extremely skeptical. I view buying appliances the same as I do buying printer paper or car parts, something you have to do from time to time but not rewarding or exciting. I don’t buy appliances as a form of retail therapy. So imagine my surprise when the hype about this dishwasher turned out to be true. I’ve always had to pre wash whatever goes into the dishwasher. It often feels like the dishwasher is just there to guarantee that any germs are ultimately cleaned off. Other than newer dishwashers making better use of space, I’ve never actually experienced one doing that much better of a job washing dishes than another. Spoilers: it cleans way better than any other washer I’ve ever used. I don’t know if it’s that linear sprayer thing at the bottom but it’s just different. And it’s quiet! I can’t declare loudly enough how quiet it is. My mother’s dishwasher is so loud you really can’t have a conversation in the same room with her as she’s already a little deaf. I can’t really even hear that the Samsung is on. But back to how it washes, I really like how you can add extra cleaning power to the upper or lower racks. We cooked a very large meal last week and again, I was still skeptical that it could handle some of the more baked in food in the nine by thirteen pans, so I pressed the button to add power to the lower rack and everything came out perfectly. I had know idea before getting it that it had smart WiFi features. I think most “smart” features are just gimmicks but in this case it really saves us time as it messages us when it’s finished so I can get back to the kitchen and start the next load if need be without running back and fourth to the kitchen. We’ve had ours a few weeks now and I’ve seen no increase in electrical usage on our bill. It’s very efficient! Oh, another feature that surprised me was when it finishes cleaning, the door pops open a little to release the steam and moisture and a fan finishes off the drying process. I’ve never seen that sort of feature before. I feel very fortunate to have such a great time saving device. It definitely turned out to be a much more exciting purchase than I had expected! Extremely quiet. Uncertain what if any features it’s missing that I would want or need.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great dishwasher!.....the best ive ever had! i cant even tell if its running its so quiet . I used to have to pick a time to run the dishwasher when it wouldn't disturb anyone but now i can run it anytime of the day or night and no one knows! My favorite thing about it are the three racks. in addition to the regular two racks there's another pull out rack at the top that makes use of every inch of space . I can put in oversize utensils and extra silverware and it holds everything securely. The cycles are very useful, particularly the sanitize , rinse and express cycles.. The stainless steel finish is very fingerprint and smudge resistant, easy to clean and looks great in my kitchen. A feature i really like is that the door pops open at the end of the cycle to allow the steam to escape for faster drying, even plastic containers dry completely. It also has wi fi connectivity and easily paired with my smartphone so I can use it remotely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new dishwasher. It is so quiet you have to put your ear right next to it to hear it. It cleans well and has a third rack. It is everything we ever wanted. It also has wifi which is just cool.

Can't get any assistance in figuring out why I cannot start my dishwasher remotely. I'm told it should go into standby mode which would allow the wifi to stay connected but whenever the power automatically goes off, I lose connection. Not sure what the point of wifi/smart control is if I have to physically turn the dishwasher on each time.

This dishwasher does not work as well as ones' half it's price. First off lets start with the only positive: it's very quiet. That's about it. Now for the negatives: it doesn't clean well at all and no matter what product you use, the airdry feature is garbage and all you'll get is wet dishes and water marks, the top rack is a joke and fairly useless, the adjustable holders at the bottom constantly fall down and are unnecessary, the utensil holders are subdivided too much and take space away as a result, and lastly the regular cycle without speed wash takes too long. Run away. I'm shocked that there are any positive reviews and those must come from the first week of ownership before the disappointment sets in.

I was disappointed by the long wash cycles, but that appears to be the industry norm nowadays as companies try to meet energy efficiency standards. My only complaint is how Samsung designed the dishwasher to handle error codes. When my dishwasher detected a leak (or thought it did), it flashed a blinking "LC" code, and you could hear a constant whirring sound as it attempted to clear out any water (I assume). The problem is, you can't simply turn the dishwasher off while you wait for repairs. Every time I powered it down, it turned itself back on and continued the flashing and whirring. We had to actually turn off the breaker to keep the dishwasher off! I get not wanting anyone to try to run a dishwasher that may have a leak, but there has to be a less annoying/intrusive way of doing so. (There was no leak, by the way. False alarm, I guess.)

Now, there are a few things I found remarkable with this device. For starters, it is silent. Most dishwashers now days are extremely loud. Luckily, this one goes against the definition of sound. For example, I usually hang around my living room all day. However, I completely hate it when I hear my dishwasher ruin moments/my thought process, (because I think a lot in my head). This dishwasher completely changed that for me. It is hard to explain it, but it is like it is not even there. Next, for those who may seem to care for the looks rather operation, the design itself fits more for a modern house setting. The design of the model is very interesting. It comes in this nice, modern typed look that could fit in for most houses. For those who want to see nice fashionable devices in their house, this right here is one of those key elements that can help you out. Another thing I found well with this device was the way the setup was made. For instance, the structure of the buttons. It was rather easier to set things out with the Dishwasher, input what type of setting I wished for the dishwasher to complete. Look, let me be honest here… I am no human of technology, but somehow, Samsung was able to call my reach and help me out with that. Easy buttons in simple snaps. Nowadays I see weird confusions with dishwashers I am not sure about how to even start! At first, I was confused about where the buttons were. I looked around and saw that the controls were on the top side of the drawing door, which seemed pretty simple after I found it. I would say, give it a shot. It is worth your time, and definitely worth the money. It is hard to explain, but in simple words, it just works.
