Worked well until it decided not to work at all. It worked fine for 5 years. Then all of a sudden it will not start a cycle. Had an appliance repair person check it out and couldn't find anything wrong with any tested part and deduced it to be a bad control panel with costs $340 plus another $175 to install it. Such a bummer a $1200 dishwasher won't last longer than 5 yrs. I would not recommend buying a Samsung dishwasher. Model # dw80r9950us

very, very quiet. compared to the old one of 20 years. does a great job on the dishes. i did notice that on a normal setting, that it takes about two and a half hours to wash the dishes. the long run time is something i am not used to. great wifi features and does a great job with pots.

Nothing but problems since I bought a few years ago. Top area cracked. Drainage doesn't always work. Doesn't clean dishes fully - have to rewash. Motor just started thumping 3weeks ago - so we stop using, thinking it would help. Last night husband washed dishes and put away this AM and I pulled out drawers and white milky water left there. Stopped working - dead on impact. Not worth buying products that don't last 3yrs. KitchenAid going forward.

I recently bought my first home, so I have been slowly updating the appliances that came with the house. This is by far my favorite purchase. There is so much room inside and I can fit a full load of pots, plates, dishes, and glasses and still have room! The fact it is fingerprint resistant is amazing since I have young children who like to touch everything. Now on to my two all time favorite parts of this dishwasher. To say it’s quiet is an understatement. I honestly forget it’s running because you can’t hear anything from it! I am beyond impressed it’s so silent! Next is there top third rack. I absolutely love it!! I have a lot of large spoons and spatulas and having this option leaves more room on the second rack for more glasses! I have already recommended this dishwasher to family and friends!

We purchased this dishwasher less than a year ago, and unfortunately, it has already encountered four different problems. We have had to schedule four separate technician visits to address these issues. Regrettably, we are now facing yet another problem with the dishwasher, less than 24 hours after the last repair. Scheduling an appointment has proven to be quite challenging, as the process requires performing steps that typically require professional assistance, such as pulling out the dishwasher and inspecting all hoses. It is frustrating to be without a functioning dishwasher for an entire month.

Samsung Top Control Smart Dishwasher w/ AquaBlast Very quiet. Cleans well. when the upper arm stays in place. However, like many other reviewers noted, the upper arm keeps falling off. It will not clean properly if the arm falls off. I have not found a resolution. If I do, I will probably upgrade to 5 stars.

I've always had the traditional spinning jets of water, but this "water wall" does an amazing job and nothing is left behind. I also enjoy the feature of finish with the door opening slightly to promote drying.

Love it.... wife loves it... easy win. The dishwasher also cleans extreme well.. make sure you follow the loading guide as it is important how you stack your dishes.

i bought this dishwasher in the last week of may. stopped working after a week, and i had 4 service calls from samsung since then. it stops mid-cycle and leaves dishes unclean. we are a family of 4, and we've been washing dishes by hand since then. i have spent hours talking to samsung support, and it has been a nightmare. i have been a samsung customer for over a decade. everything in my home is samsung. after this nightmarish experience, i will never buy samsung again. you have been warned. do not buy this.
