[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best decision we have made so far with dishwashers.The Samsung linear wash dishwasher in black stainless steel is a lifesaver. I must start by commending the features that it came with. It has an auto release door drying that enables the air to circulate round after washing in order to have an amazing drying session. It came with a flexible third rack which works perfectly well for me because, i just throw my spoons and forks that couldn't fit in the silverware basket . The linear wash is what perfected this dishwasher because, i did not have to pre -wash with my hands before loading it in the dishwasher and it came out clean. The linear wash enables a clean wash from all the corners of the dishwasher,missing nothing. The most amazing part of this dishwasher is it's quietness like nothing is going on. It washes so quietly that i could almost feel like it was invisible, i had to go look at the buttons to see if it was really working. If you have pans, pots or bowls that are too big,worry not, it has an adjustable section that allows you to fit those in with no stress whatsoever.The zone booster provides more access for water to circulate through and clean all those pots and pans that are always difficult to clean. The Samsung Linear 39dBA dishwasher makes life even more interesting because it does WiFi connectivity capabilities. You can control it from your smart phone when connected to WiFi. It's interior is amazing because ,it has an upper and lower basket for spoons,knives and forks .The digital button is almost hidden and has features of how many cycle , self clean,speed booster , express 60 and much more. The part that i love the most is that it is finger print resistant. If you have kids and clean after them all the time, you will appreciate this feature. That means that i do not have to clean the fridge all the time when it is touched by the kids because,it does not retain their finger print. In essence, i would say this is an amazing product and i will recommend it over and over again. It's beautiful, stylish and fits my kitchen perfectly well. It's sleekness is a plus for me , and am happy because even my husband is in a hurry to do dishes. I love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am obsessed! Not only is this dishwasher gorgeous, but it’s silent! My dishes have never been cleaner, we run it at least 1-2 times daily. I love the buttons across the top (not accessible to little fingers! No more 14 month old turning it on without me knowing!) I cannot day enough great things. I love the extra top rack for that works great for bottle parts, serving spoons, etc.

The previous unit was making so much notice compared to this new one. For features, looks, and design, it's the best cost-effective choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really nice on the quiet side , but stopped working after 13 months .... repair estimate was close the the original price. looks like every time you have to change a piece , you have to gut it out and rebuild it. Hard to find somebody who wants to come and fix a Samsung dishwasher too .. Looks like nobody really want to play with it . The smart part of the dishwasher is not that smart ... only on the wifi for 20 mins and then disconnect ... so what the point .... So Bought a Kitchenaid instead ... 39 DB level .. and I took an extended warranty

Do not buy this dishwasher. We’ve only owned this unit for 3 years. The leaking error was a constant annoyance that interrupted wash cycles. We thought it to be a trivial annoyance until we decided to replace the unit. The leaking damaged our expensive hardwood floors. I’m talking not just water damage but substantial mold growth beneath the floors. Luckily our subfloor and cabinets were not significantly damaged. But I think I’m done with Samsung kitchen appliances.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought 8 months ago. Overall does a good job but has to be loaded loosely to get dishes clean. Filter is difficult to replace after removing to clean. Like that door automatically opens when cycle is complete so dishes to not continue to steam. Biggest negative is there are very limited locations with authorized Samsung repair centers who are the only ones who can repair an appliance under warranty.

Long story short: after almost one month of wait and repeated phone calls, our dishwasher was still not installed. Finally, I ran out of my patience and ended up returning the order!! Lessons learned: never order appliances from Sam’s Club or Samsung.

I bought this dishwasher due to dB rating. What I have found is it is the quietest dishwasher ever made because it is never in operation. I bought this unit approx. 16-18 months ago. Right out of box, the upper (glass ) rack was a problem. It just slid apart and all the ball bearing fell out. A Certified Samsung Tech came out & replaced the guide rail. This led to a leak around the nuts holding the rail in place. Tightened and fix. Here I am nearly a year later and literally less than 10 cycles use (in my basement) & the same problem has occurred. Of course, it is out of warranty now & it means absolutely NOTHING that this a a repeat problem. Not, to mention the fact, that others are having this SAME problem when you read the reviews. This is either a build issue at Samsung or a design issue as it is not very robust. What is the point of adding "functionality" if you can't use the functions or the unit b/c it is constantly breaking? Don't worry, someone online will be quick to point out your warranty situation and help you with an appointment you can pay for. Even better, they will recommend you fixing it yourself. On the bright side, if you ever get to use it, it is very quiet & does clean the dishes well. However, it is less reliable than my kids.

Its so quite and the extra drawer on top, the adjustments on shelves and the pot and pan area are great, there are so many features that are excellent [ to any to list. ] Th!no you Samsung for making such a great dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love coming over just to see this dishwasher. I have been fortunate (set up maybe) to be able to use this myself. Controls are really easy to use. All on the top of the handle tucked away so it looks sleek. Very quiet wash and the inner racks are adjustable! Only drawback I can see is it seems to not have a super quick wash. Takes about an hour which is ok, just wish it was a little sooner
