Unbelievable piece of garbage this machine has been. It cleans great when it works. The moisture sensors are giving errors every few days and have to clean dishes by hand until the sensor dries out. Main issue has been the leaks from the door. The door never latches like its supposed to and it leak from the door seal every other day. Sometimes its small leak and sometimes a big puddle on the tiles in the morning ( we run it at night). At this point. even a full refund wont make it right. This is supposed to be your best dishwasher. It is just terrible. Samsung- do better.,

Please stay away. I want to make this review as useful as possible. in the past few years, I replaced my dishwasher twice, from an old GE to a new GE, which broke after a year (my fault), to this model of Samsung linear dishwasher. What amazes me about this model is how BAD is it. 😡This item CANNOT dry dishes. 1️⃣ it doesn't have hot air, which is a must, I know it now after using GE appliances. but that's ok, maybe if we have a fan? 2️⃣ It has a fan that can ONLY operate for 10 minutes. What? no option to run it longer?! Everything comes out wet, on the sides on the top. I had a tech check it, and they said that it could be low hot water temperature in our pipes, which we checked and we have an adequate temperature, so tech left without doing anything. 😡Dishes consistently come out dirty, I tried longer cycles, different soap, lighter loads... pre-washing dishes by hand... Something about the linear system is not working. Disclaimer, I'm not saying it doesn't clean, it does. But in each load there will be a few bowls that didn't clean, maybe a chunk of food stuck on the wall, red food coloring, and before you say that this is probably something really hard to get rid of. No, with dish soap and sponge, i can finish the job in just a few swipes... ⁉️I'm amazed how well-ranked this item is: it is quiet you say. You must have not used any dishwasher lately, do you? 39db is quiet, but after trying a GE, which hadn't made any claims about how silent it was, I can tell you confidently that 39db machine did not improve on the noise level.

I spent 2 days trying to get it work, only was advised to go you*tube and typed the model number and see there, but those are users as I some experienced and thorough and some not I was looking something more professional Disappointed in technical and professional representation

I must start by commending the features that it came with. It has an auto release door drying that enables the air to circulate round after washing in order to have an amazing drying session. It came with a flexible third rack which works perfectly well for me because, i just throw my spoons and forks that couldn't fit in the silverware basket . The linear wash is what perfected this dishwasher because, i did not have to pre -wash with my hands before loading it in the dishwasher and it came out clean. The linear wash enables a clean wash from all the corners of the dishwasher,missing nothing. The most amazing part of this dishwasher is it's quietness like nothing is going on. It washes so quietly that i could almost feel like it was invisible, i had to go look at the buttons to see if it was really working. If you have pans, pots or bowls that are too big,worry not, it has an adjustable section that allows you to fit those in with no stress whatsoever.The zone booster provides more access for water to circulate through and clean all those pots and pans that are always difficult to clean. The Samsung Linear 39dBA dishwasher makes life even more interesting because it does WiFi connectivity capabilities. You can control it from your smart phone when connected to WiFi. It's interior is amazing because ,it has an upper and lower basket for spoons,knives and forks .The digital button is almost hidden and has features of how many cycle , self clean,speed booster , express 60 and much more. The part that i love the most is that it is finger print resistant. If you have kids and clean after them all the time, you will appreciate this feature. That means that i do not have to clean the fridge all the time when it is touched by the kids because,it does not retain their finger print. In essence, i would say this is an amazing product and i will recommend it over and over again. It's beautiful, stylish and fits my kitchen perfectly well. It's sleekness is a plus for me , and am happy because even my husband is in a hurry to do dishes. I love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I load the dishwasher normally, I have to raise the middle rack up to accommodate my plates on the bottom. When I do this, the bowls and saucers are obstructed by the very top rack. I’ll probably have to remove the top rack to maximize load efficiency

It is so quite that we can watch TV, play cards or just sit and talk and you just can’t tell that it is running. I also like the network access to the dishwasher and the information it provides. We both know that when we walk up to the dishwasher and the door is open that the dishes inside are clean. I would definitely purchase this dishwasher again.

The top rack was missing hardware when it came out if the box, resulting in having to have a technician come out twice. The rack still does not sit properly and falls frequently. Additionally, my dishes do not come out dry. This is not what I expected from a dishwasher at this price point.

Nothing but problems from this one. It’s messed up our counter and now it needs to be replaced. Now it won’t dry, since the auto release made the steam hit our under counter and turned it to mush, now they won’t dry at all. Today, we are having a problem with it draining and it won’t drain. We have had this for two years, have had it fixed twice, replaced once, and I’m about to throw this one in the garbage. It’s junk. Don’t not buy! After this, I will prob never buy another Samsung product again. They need to stick to electronics, not appliances.

haven't used the kitchenaid dishwasher in our home for over 20 years because it was so noisy in our combined kitchen/living room. doing research for many months i decided on the b***h brand because of the amazing reviews and how well it cleaned. #1 importance to me was noise level and this washer is quieter than that competitive model. who knew? as a smartthings home automation geek i loved the idea that it connected to my home automation and i could check the status of the wash on my iphone and when it completed i got an alert on my samsung tv. great features like 3 racks and auto open at the end to let out the remaining moisture. it's soooo quiet! highly recommend.
