[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m obsessed with this dishwasher! I’ve had several dishwashers over the years, but none as quiet as this one. Our previous appliance banged the dishes around and was literally so loud you could hear it from the second floor. The sleek style fits out recently renovated kitchen perfectly — the dishwasher lays flat next to our walnut cabinets for an uninterrupted sight line. We went with the Samsung stainless black for all our appliances, which completes the modern look. Aside from its near soundless design, the best part may be its spaciousness inside. I can seriously load this thing with a ton of dishes and pots. We’re not the most careful of dishwasher loaders, but everything seems super clean. We use the SmartDry mode. Truly, you can’t go wrong with this choice.

It's starts with its sleek black, stainless steel appearance that perfectly matches the aesthetics of my kitchen and other Samsung appliances. The buttons on the top light-up and are easy to press. The door handle is built-in, so there is not an extra bar hanging off the front. It gives it a clean, crisp finish. I love that I can see how much time is left on the front of the dishwasher door without having to open anything. It's a light-up display when the dishwasher is turned on. There are three racks inside the dishwasher. One is adjustable which is super helpful when trying to clean larger items on the bottom and/or travel coffee mugs on the top rack. It is also easy to move back and forth - which makes it functional. I love the mini rack at the top - perfect for cleaning cup lids and silverware. I think that my silverware is cleaner because of the way it lays on the top rack. The water is able to get in between and my silverware is cleaner because of it. Finally, my favorite feature is that the door pops opens toward the end of the cycle. This allows the dishes to dry completely. They are completely dry when they come out - no more having to use a towel to finish drying the plates and cups after running a cycle. This is by far my favorite feature. I would highly recommend this dishwasher.

On the second track bin the adjustable glass holder slider keeps fall off. I place it back overtime it falls off. Otherwise I am very happy with the dishwasher and it is doing a good job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung DW80B7071US is the best dishwasher I have ever owned! It has many modes of operation, from a mode to clean the dirtiest pots and pans to an Autoclean feature, which I use the most. These can be selected from the control panel on top of the door or set via wi-fi using the Samsung Smart Things app on my phone. It alerts me when the cycle is complete with a chime and a message on my phone; how convenient. The dishes all come out clean, even the dirtiest baking pan. I particularly like to layout of the lower rack. There is plenty of room for silverware, and the supports for dishes are angled so that each one stands up straight, not leaning on the one next to it. It uses a fan instead of a heating element to dry, so there is no problem drying plastic items without them melting. Finally, it is very quiet and easy to clean as the stainless steel front is fingerprint resistant. I would recommend this model to a friend.

One of my favorite things since it helps to prevent water spots and cools the dishes, so you can unload sooner. I'm enjoying the read out that shows how much longer till dishes are done. Very quiet, a coupleof times we weren't sure it was running since so quiet.

We bought this dishwasher in June after much research. Either we just got a lemon or they are not manufactured well, but after 5 different issues, we had to return it. One month after install, the display screen messed up and a new one had to be installed. Second & third issues- dishwasher leaked on the floor. Technician said it wasn’t level. Leaked again- Needed a new soap dispenser (tech said this has become a common issue). Fourth issue- one piece inside the washer came off, caused an error code that draining wasn’t working. Fifth issue- another error code, this time about leaking. Keep in mind, every time you need a tech to come out, it’s 4-7 days wait. Then if you need a part, it takes even longer. The dishwasher was broken more than it was working. We will only buy Samsung electronics from now on- home appliances are not their specialty.

It cleans faster and more thoroughly than others that cost much more. Even the quick wash cycle cleans better than most others with longer cycles. The racks were cleverly designed to firmly hold dishes, cups, glasses and silverware in the places where you put them, while other brands leave them wobbley or unstable. The feature that pops the door open near the end of the cycle is brilliant. It allows those last few drops of moisture that puddle on depressions to evaporate with the gentle fan that whispers them dry. Everything about this dishwasher is better than the others, an I have tried them all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only recently received this dishwasher as there were issues with delivery, but despite these issues, I am quite pleased with the Smart Dishwasher with StormWash+™ 42dBA with Smart Dry and recessed handle in Stainless Steel. First things first-it is quiet! So quiet that I can’t even hear it in the next room. Second, love the recessed handle, blends right in to the countertop. Third, it is roomy! We have large plates and it has previously been an issue fitting these into our old dishwasher, but no more. You are able to raise the top rack to fit larger items! Last but not least, it gets your dishes clean and looks great. Fits my other Samsung kitchen appliances. Love them all so much!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old water wall dishwasher Needed to be replaced. Tried to pick the best dishwasher available and Samsung recommended this one. Certainly seems to do a nice job on the dishes, certainly seems to be a slightly improved wash system. But is significantly louder. Still quiet but my old dishwasher I essentially couldn’t hear even with additional noise Attenuation kind of can’t run this one when I go to bed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered this model to replace 10-year-old leading brand dishwasher. Took around 2.5 weeks to get it delivered and installed. Installation was done by XPO Logistics and the communication from the scheduling to installation was top notch. Every step of logistics for delivery was notified by text message and email. Very happy with the install and haul away of old appliance. This dishwasher has Smart Dry feature with auto release door which circulates warm air to deliver better drying performance and is great for plasticware. One of the best features compared to my old one is the quietness and yes, its whisper quiet that its hard to know it’s running. It has lot of features like StromWash+, 3rd Rack for small utensils like fork, spoons, silverware, knifes, smart reorder of detergent pods in smarthings app, preblast cycle and so on. The fingerprint resistant stainless-steel finish is great for everyday use and keeps the beautiful finish for longer than the regular finish. Cleaning performance is good, but it takes longer time cycle. For a normal cycle it takes around 2:20 minutes which is quiet longer. It does have a Express 60 cycle that quickly cleans in 60 minutes. Pros: Quiet Operation at 42dBA, Smart Dry with auto release door, StormWash+, Express 60-minute cycle, Pre blast cycle, fingerprint resistant stainless finish, 3rd rack, high energy efficient, Wi-Fi connected, App controlled (SmartThings), FlexLoad Rack System, Great Style, and visual appeal. Cons: Longer cleaning cycle, no separate drying or rinsing cycle. Overall, it performs as expected, washes, and dries well. Controlling the dishwasher remotely through app is cool. Highly recommend for anyone looking to a quiet dishwasher with innovative features.
