[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this for a few weeks now and all of our dishes come out clean and dry. We removed the lower utensil basket in favor of more room for plates and bowls. Having the third drawer rack for utensils makes for easy categorizing and putting them away. Best feature is how quiet it is! It really is whisper quiet and you have to put your rear to it to even heat it with ambient backgrounds noise.

It's starts with its sleek black, stainless steel appearance that perfectly matches the aesthetics of my kitchen and other Samsung appliances. The buttons on the top light-up and are easy to press. The door handle is built-in, so there is not an extra bar hanging off the front. It gives it a clean, crisp finish. I love that I can see how much time is left on the front of the dishwasher door without having to open anything. It's a light-up display when the dishwasher is turned on. There are three racks inside the dishwasher. One is adjustable which is super helpful when trying to clean larger items on the bottom and/or travel coffee mugs on the top rack. It is also easy to move back and forth - which makes it functional. I love the mini rack at the top - perfect for cleaning cup lids and silverware. I think that my silverware is cleaner because of the way it lays on the top rack. The water is able to get in between and my silverware is cleaner because of it. Finally, my favorite feature is that the door pops opens toward the end of the cycle. This allows the dishes to dry completely. They are completely dry when they come out - no more having to use a towel to finish drying the plates and cups after running a cycle. This is by far my favorite feature. I would highly recommend this dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is Amazing! A quality dishwasher makes such a difference. The comparison of this dishwasher to my old is like night and day. The features and cycles are cool. You can program it to run a few hours later and it runs super quiet. It has an air dry setting instead of having the coil on the bottom. You wash plastic items without worrying about it melting. The door opens when there is 15 minutes left and that helps with the dry and there is no water odor left behind. The best dishwasher I have ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is AMAZING!!! A quality dishwasher makes such a difference! Here is what I have learned so far from using this dishwasher 1) the dishwasher is super quiet. The comparison between this DW and my previous one is night and day. Normally I would have to turn on the volume on my TV everytime the DW is running. Not this one. I barely notice that it is on. 2) simple design. It looks very nice and simple. 3) electronics are very easy to use. I normally just select NORMAL and off we go! 4) the drying feature is very cool. With about 15 mins left in the drying process, the DW will open to help dry the dishes. This feature is cool as it will help with the smell if you have water left in the DW and it is closed. I had this issue before using my previous DW. I dont foresee this being a problem with this added feature. 5) plenty of rack spaces but one that stands out the most to me that I love is the pull out rack at the top. We use this rack for long pointy items like the chopsticks. In my previous DW, we would put the chopsticks to the right side rack and the chopsticks would always slide down and get stuck between the rack. I haven't found anything negative regarding the dishwasher yet as it does everything I asked for and more!

Drives me nuts with trays that come off the track to easy or are too light. Basket is balanced withour needing to worry about it tipping when emptying. Washer pops open at end of cycle to let out steam which is nice. Still figuring out the delay wash setup ,but otherwise very good dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher does a great job getting dishes washed. My previous Kenmore I could never say that. Bottom rack is the biggest knock against it. Just suitable for plates. Glasses and bowls on middle rack fills in a hurry. Very quiet.

We bought this dishwasher in June after much research. Either we just got a lemon or they are not manufactured well, but after 5 different issues, we had to return it. One month after install, the display screen messed up and a new one had to be installed. Second & third issues- dishwasher leaked on the floor. Technician said it wasn’t level. Leaked again- Needed a new soap dispenser (tech said this has become a common issue). Fourth issue- one piece inside the washer came off, caused an error code that draining wasn’t working. Fifth issue- another error code, this time about leaking. Keep in mind, every time you need a tech to come out, it’s 4-7 days wait. Then if you need a part, it takes even longer. The dishwasher was broken more than it was working. We will only buy Samsung electronics from now on- home appliances are not their specialty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately this dishwasher has a design flaw that causes the sprayer arm attached to the top rack to keep falling off. We thought it was a defect in the first unit but the replacement unit has the same issue and almost every night we have to struggle to snap the spray arm back. It is cumbersome and irritating. The quality of the components does not seem to live up to Samsung's reputation. We are Samsung household but unfortunately will not be getting another one after this terrible experience.

Our previous appliance banged the dishes around and was literally so loud you could hear it from the second floor. The sleek style fits out recently renovated kitchen perfectly — the dishwasher lays flat next to our walnut cabinets for an uninterrupted sight line. We went with the Samsung stainless black for all our appliances, which completes the modern look. Aside from its near soundless design, the best part may be its spaciousness inside. I can seriously load this thing with a ton of dishes and pots. We’re not the most careful of dishwasher loaders, but everything seems super clean. We use the SmartDry mode. Truly, you can’t go wrong with this choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered this model to replace 10-year-old leading brand dishwasher. Took around 2.5 weeks to get it delivered and installed. Installation was done by XPO Logistics and the communication from the scheduling to installation was top notch. Every step of logistics for delivery was notified by text message and email. Very happy with the install and haul away of old appliance. This dishwasher has Smart Dry feature with auto release door which circulates warm air to deliver better drying performance and is great for plasticware. One of the best features compared to my old one is the quietness and yes, its whisper quiet that its hard to know it’s running. It has lot of features like StromWash+, 3rd Rack for small utensils like fork, spoons, silverware, knifes, smart reorder of detergent pods in smarthings app, preblast cycle and so on. The fingerprint resistant stainless-steel finish is great for everyday use and keeps the beautiful finish for longer than the regular finish. Cleaning performance is good, but it takes longer time cycle. For a normal cycle it takes around 2:20 minutes which is quiet longer. It does have a Express 60 cycle that quickly cleans in 60 minutes. Pros: Quiet Operation at 42dBA, Smart Dry with auto release door, StormWash+, Express 60-minute cycle, Pre blast cycle, fingerprint resistant stainless finish, 3rd rack, high energy efficient, Wi-Fi connected, App controlled (SmartThings), FlexLoad Rack System, Great Style, and visual appeal. Cons: Longer cleaning cycle, no separate drying or rinsing cycle. Overall, it performs as expected, washes, and dries well. Controlling the dishwasher remotely through app is cool. Highly recommend for anyone looking to a quiet dishwasher with innovative features.
