I like the handware ("silverware") slots on the removable swivel tops that separate individual forks and spoons for better cleaning atop the handware basket. And basket cut-outs allow basket placement across the lower dish rack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago and so far it has been great. Even the express wash leaves everything sparkling. My only issue was fitting it into the pre-existing space due to the hose in the back getting in the way. Design is a bit faulty as hose should be moveable to both sides. All in all i got it to fit, but it shouldn't be as hard as it was.

And maintenence is a breeze as well! The smart home options are realy nice as well. And I personaly LOVE the drying from the side thing. Seemed wierd to me at first but being able to put plastics just about anywhere in the washer is a MAJOR plus! Love this thing.

Initially, we used the normal wash cycle (2 hours), which left the dishes very clean. Recently, we tried the quick wash cycle (1 hour), and it performed just as well as the normal wash. This is an excellent and quiet dishwasher that I highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My amazement at how well this dishwasher cleans is expected considering Samsung's track record for producing high-quality items. In fact, Samsung now controls the entire space in my kitchen. The dishwasher runs quietly at 42 decibels, so it doesn't interfere with our television viewing. We don't have to run as frequently because it has a far higher interior capacity than my previous one (have a household of 4). To make room for plates on the bottom rack, silverware or Tupperware lids can be kept on the third rack. On this rack, I wish there was a little bit more room for small bowls. Taller objects can be accommodated by raising or lowering the central rack. It features a Stormwash mode that cleans even the toughest of crusted food particles on the plate, despite the fact that we try to semi-clean the plates before we put them in. Taller objects can be accommodated by adjusting the center rack. Wine glasses, water bottles, and coffee mugs all fit nicely with it. The glasses and dishes are always spotless. It has an ingenious energy-saving function that aids in drying the dishwasher by opening it so that they may dry naturally.

We finally moved in two weeks ago and I have been able to put it to the test. It looks beautiful in my new kitchen and my dishes are sparkling clean. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Original dishwasher in our house was finally going down, I had just recently purchased my favorite appliance, a Samsung induction range, best thing ever, this dishwasher is the exact match, love it, the extra top shelf for cooking spoons, the middle rack goes up and down as you need it and so so quiet!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher does a good job cleaning but it’s strange to load. I can’t fit as much in the dishwasher as my old one meaning 2 loads per day instead of 1. Also the bottom rack comes off the track when pulling it out to load it.

I have had the dishwasher for 13 months. The rinse arm under the middle basket continues to fall off even after reattaching. Overall the dishwasher sucks. It does not wash completely nor does it dry completely. Most of the time the dishes come out dirty and still wet even after sitting over night. What makes it worse is the terrible customer service from Samsung. Replacing people to address concerns with robots and automation is not the way to go. It is extremely difficult to get ahold of a human being at Samsung. Once you finally reach someone, you are bounced around until someone bothers to help. No one takes responsibility and the representatives give you a number to call.
