First impression was not great - the racks seem flimsy and don't glide well, and the instructions are not good, even having some conflicting information. But finally none of that was a problem, and I gotta give 5 stars because it cleans the dishes so well, while being energy efficient. And the nice feature of popping open so the dishes can dry naturally, which makes sense since I usually run it overnight, so why waste energy and bake the dishes to dry. For the times when I run it in the middle of the day, the Smart Dry feature also works well.

The digital time display is so helpful and I love hearing the jingle when the cycle is complete and seeing the door slowly pop open!

It was going to cost at least half as much as a new dishwasher if not more to repair. So we went with different brand and new. This Samsung dish washer is very quiet and has more room for dishes. Looks great and fits perfectly in the kitchen. Love that the stainless steel look is smudge proof!

Absolutely disappointing experience. I have bought this dishwasher 2 months ago, one leg collapsed and does not hold the weight of the dishwasher, the selector for wine glasses or coffee mugs is falling off, the water distributor underneath the middle rack is falling off constantly, and the third rack has 2 broken pieces that divides utensils. Very frustrating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the top tray to clean silverware and knives. I seldom use the provided basket which gives me more room for other dishes. The storm wash is handy for cleaning my air fryer baskets and trays and other items that i used to hand scrub. I'm still getting use to the door popping open. I may not need my Clean/Dirty magnet any more. I frequently use the height adjustment on the second rack. This surprised me.But now I can put saucers and desert plates in the second rack making room for larger items on the bottom. 1 month, so far so good. This machine feels bigger than my previous model. I suspect it is the 3rd rack and adjustable 2nd rack.

Has few very useful programs, not to many which is very good to do not confuse yourself. Fingerprint resistant finish looks very classy, shiny interior also looks awesome. StormWash option is the best idea for dishwasher. I'm definitely a big fan of it . Control panel is very easy to work with. There is no need to check how much time is left if you use The Smart Things App in your phone. You can start, stop and pause washing and also it will notify you when it's done. Third rack on the top inside is very helpful. This is the special place for cutlery and bigger knifes. Also Smart Dry function with auto release door is very cool and helpful to make your dishes clean and dry. I'm very satisfied of this product and I'm looking forward some other Samsung products !

Unbelievably bad product. Had to have Samsung come out three times. Still having issues because it's so badly made. Soap dispenser doesn't open, leg is broken, top rack broke, bottom rack broke, and now they are saying these are not covered under warranty.

But Samsung customer service is A1. They did everything in their power to make the situation right and I then understood why I'm such a loyal customer.
