The utensil rack is such a great feature, keeping everything organized and making loading easy. Plus, it's super quiet—you barely notice it's running. Overall, I'm very impressed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher and shortly thereafter Samsung recommended other dishwashers with an even better noise rating (39dB), triggering temporary buyer's remorse. This remorse was short lived because I am happy with this dishwasher. It was easy to install and to add to the Samsung "SmartThings" app. It looks great and is extremely quiet, you barely hear it working. When I visit my in-laws, I get to compare the noise level to theirs and it is like night and day. Dishes and silverware come out clean. Even baked on cheese came right off the french onion soup bowl yesterday night (using the regular cycle, not even "Storm Wash" or "Heavy Duty"). I like how I can check on the machine's status via the app. Overall a great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best dishwasher I have had in 40 years of owning a home. I love the settings and the modifications you can add to each setting. I use the "60 minute" for a quick ws and the "delay" when I want to hold off my start time. The flexibility in the rack postions are great and I just strated using the "storm wash" add on, Really great for baked on food. I like that I can see in my app where the washer is in the cycle. Great cleaning, easy to load and lots of goodies!

This is a nice looking dishwasher on the outside and it cleans dishes however, it's hard to fit taller items and the racks on the inside of the dishwasher are some of the most flimsiest racks I have ever seen in a dishwasher. So use the dishwasher racks with care. Mine have not broken yet but I'm sure it'll happen anytime soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for my wife for Christmas. She absolutly LOVED it! It is so quiet, and does an excelent job on everything we throw at it. And maintenence is a breeze as well! The smart home options are realy nice as well. And I personaly LOVE the drying from the side thing. Seemed wierd to me at first but being able to put plastics just about anywhere in the washer is a MAJOR plus! Love this thing.

First and most important it does a great job cleaning our dishes. The silverware is coming out with a shine we forgot about. It is quiet, If it wasn't for the timer we would have to stand next to it to see if its running. This dishwasher if filled with features you never knew you needed and now can't live without. My

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher does a good job cleaning but it’s strange to load. I can’t fit as much in the dishwasher as my old one meaning 2 loads per day instead of 1. Also the bottom rack comes off the track when pulling it out to load it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher does a beautiful job. Dishes and even plastic are dry and clean at the end of a cycle. I would give it a 5 except that the door doesn't open flat. Unless you have the bottom rack all the way out, you have to hold it open so you can't open the door and slip in a plate and some silverware. You have to roll out the rack which is super annoying. This may have been an installation problem but they weren't able to rectify it when they came back.

I love the connectivity with smartthings being able to to tell you how many cleaning pods you have left. If it detects a leak its supposed to shut itself off, lets hope thats a feature I never have to see if it works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple months ago, and for the most part I am well pleased. However, and this may just be because it has the third rack for silverware, the middle rack is practically useless. The little plastic part that is supposed to switch the pegs back and forth, will NOT stay in place, and my bowls don't fit on that rack, nor do most of my cups and glasses. As for cleaning my dishes; this machine is the best I've had.
