awful useless lower dishwasher rack. doesn't fit anything properly. so disappointed!!! Loved my previous top of the line samsung. this doesn't measure up. made like junk.

Today, the delivery team left the machine behind because it was difficult to install. They told me to call a handyman to install it. What kind of customer service is this? It's ridiculous. When I bought my product from Sam's Club, I paid for the delivery and installation service. Why would I buy from Sam's Club if I had to pay for my installation? I don't understand why Sam's Club contacted RXO as the delivery company. They are the worst delivery company with no professionalism at all. Worst service.

Our Samsung dishwasher began leaking exactly one year after purchase. Samsung sent a service company that was completely ineffective; the technician ignored our input and replaced a pump that was working perfectly. Two days later, our kitchen was flooded again. When Samsung sent the same technician back weeks later, he refused to take responsibility, instead blaming our floor level and the way we load dishes. This has been a nightmare for our home. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Samsung appliances and their 'factory service.
