[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] great dishwasher overall fairly silent. the only issue i see is that rinse aid liquid has no indicator, so i cant tell when it is full or not. but overall its a great product. very happy with the dishwasher i was able to match it with my bespoke fridge as well so looks great in the kitchen.

I really like the dishwasher. I am deducting stars because I experienced the 'Free delivery, installation and haul away' issue that others have described. The gentleman from RXO walked in and it immediately seemed like he had no interest in installing the dishwasher. He took a picture of a little piece, told me he can't do the install because of said piece and stated that I would need to call a plumber to have it installed. First, that is not how specialized installation is described in the product details. It states that delivery, install and haul are INCLUDED in the price, even in a specialized install is required. We were told we could refuse the delivery or accept the delivery and figure out a way to get it installed. We accepted the delivery and my husband (NOT A PLUMBER BTW) was able to install the dishwasher WITH NO ISSUES all by himself. The little piece the RXO gentleman pointed out literally didn't even get touched during the install so I have no idea why that mattered to the point where he stated he could not do the install. Bad customer service. I'd pick a different delivery and install company to be the face delivering your product to customers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm surprised with how well this dishwasher cleans, but that's not surprising given Samsung's reputation for high-quality products. In fact, Samsung has taken over my entire kitchen. The dishwasher runs quietly at 42 decibels, so it doesn't interfere with our television viewing. It has a considerably larger capacity inside than my previous one, so we don't have to run as often (have a household of 4). The third rack can be used to store silverware or Tupperware lids, freeing up space on the bottom rack for plates. I wish there was a bit more place on this rack for little bowls. The center rack can be adjusted up or down to accommodate taller objects. Although we try to semi-clean the dishes before we put them in, it has a Stormwash mode that cleans even the toughest of crusted food particles on the plate. The center rack can be adjusted to fit taller objects. It works well with wine glasses, water bottles, and coffee mugs. Every time, the dishes and glassware are pristine. It boasts a clever energy-saving mechanism that helps dry the dishwasher by opening it allowing them to air dry.

Unbelievably bad product. Had to have Samsung come out three times. Still having issues because it's so badly made. Soap dispenser doesn't open, leg is broken, top rack broke, bottom rack broke, and now they are saying these are not covered under warranty.

We love party ice but don't like chpped ice so when we heard Samsung fridge was going to have item. We put our money away & since we have bot bought a single appliance in over 20+ Years. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Smart Dishwasher with StormWash+™ 42dBA with Smart Dry and recessed handle in Black Stainless Steel is beautiful and prefectly matches my other appliances. I love the added rack for utensils as it allows you to remove the bottom utensil tray to fit large items or use it for added utensil space. The dishwasher is very sleek and modern. The dishwasher is extremely powerful using the StormWash+. This dishwasher is so quiet that you cannot even hear it running. It is wonderful to not hear the dishwasher running while you are trying to entertain or relax. The dishwasher also dried the dishes faster than I've ever experienced. I love this beautiful dishwasher.

It is insanely quiet, I can't even tell when it's running unless I look at the display that shows the remaining run time. The install was very straight forward, and it is set up to work with my other Samsung appliances through thr SmartThings app. This thing cleans great, and I love the option for drying, as well as how it pops open the door when the cycle is complete in order to allow the dishes to dry completely. It was used to replace a Whirlpool dishwasher that was new when we bought our new house in 2017. This new dishwasher cleans and dries significantly better, even using the same detergent.
