Less than a month in—after all the hassle of replacing broken parts—another problem pops up: error code LC. This is beyond frustrating. The Samsung dishwasher has been nothing but trouble and is absolutely not worth the money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are turning the fish washer at night while our baby is sleeping in the living room. You can barely hear it on. On the first test we didn't know if it was on or we couldn't set it up right. Wonderful product.

I also love how quiet the cycles are and the feature where the washer automatically opens slightly to dry. And to tie it all together I can track the cycle on the SmartThings app with all of my other Samsung appliances. Love it!

Nothing but issues with this dishwasher. I owned this for just over a year. 4 months later, i got a Leak error. 9 months later another leak error. 12 months later another leak error. Now, not even 30 days past my last service, I got another leak error. Worst part is now I'm out of warranty. This product was a big LEMON. It's so frustrating because of all the time we didnt have the dishwasher waiting to get it serviced, not to mention needing to be present for the dishwasher to be fixed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is amazing. Does a great job cleaning. Door opens automatically when cycle is done. One of my favorite things since it helps to prevent water spots and cools the dishes, so you can unload sooner. I'm enjoying the read out that shows how much longer till dishes are done. Very quiet, a coupleof times we weren't sure it was running since so quiet.

I compare actually with my previous dishwasher which was Frigidaire. `There is a big difference in performance and quality where `Samsung is in the first row.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only used machine twice but really like it. The user manual and instructions were hard to understand all the codes and such. Assume I will be able to figure all out. They could have made it easier by having a video to walk me through all the buttons and shelves and items.

Looks great, but DOA (dead on arrival). They can get a service tech to contact me in a week to schedule a visit. A week wait just to schedule the service, not for any actual service. Brand new house, newborn, and a toddler ... just one more headache I didn't need. Some quality control would be nice ...

I purchased this dishwasher on June 19, 2022 and it stopped working after only having it for a little over a year. The repair cost is almost the same amount as purchasing a brand new machine. Samsung DOES NOT stand behind their products and refuse to help with our situation. I will never purchase ANY Samsung products in the future. Their warranties too, begin when the store we purchased the dishwasher from received it. Not when we purchased and registered it. How can a company claim to sell "green" products when they die just after a year of use?
