This is a beautful and sturdy planter that was easy to put together, but it was missing the seed starting tray for the two planters we purchased. We carefully went through all of the packing materials, etc., but no trays. Samsclub.com is still listing the seed starting trays as being included with the planter, so not understanding why the trays were missing. Gave the planter 5 stars as it wouldn't be fair to penalize the product due to poor quality control. We didn't return the planters as we had already purchased some of the herbs and veggies and soil for planting, even though we were wanted to grow from seed for some of the garden. Keter: what IS up with the missing trays??

Great so far! Using in a “indoor garden” situation and they are really handy. The design of these offered at SAMs is different than the other models this company orders because of the center trough that allows a small portion of the soil to descend into the air gap/water reservoir beneath the soil. Far superior design.

I purchased 2 raised garden beds because I didn't want any animals eating up my garden. Well the garden planters were doing fine and now the legs are leaning on them. I'm glad I do have the planters next to the fence but I'm not sure if that will continue to hold them up. They need to make the legs for this planter stronger. So now I'm left with the decision of what to do know? If the legs are bad now I know that won't last for another garden season. So basically I feel I've wasted money on buying this and will have to purchase another raised garden planter for next season.

I already had 2 of these raised planters and decided to treat myself to 2 more! They are perfect for me as bending or gardening on the ground is impossible now I have knee issues. These allow me to continue with my love of gardening. I love that I don’t have to worry about overwatering. The handy marker will pop up to alert me if I’ve been too generous. All I need to do is pop off the drain cover and wait a bit for the extra water to exit then replace the cover. There is a bit of assembly required but was very easy with the included directions. All I needed was a Phillips head screwdriver and room to spread out. Great quality!

I bought 2 of the garden planters. The assembly was quick and easy; they are very sturdy. I was concerned they would blow over easily but there have been no issues. I like the self watering feature. We planted tomatoes and peppers in them and the soil isn’t drying out and the plants look great so far. I can’t wait til they start producing!!

We purchased three of these to put on the back patio of our freestanding condo since the HOA doesn't allow us to add flower/vegetable beds in the yard. They are AMAZING. A breeze to put together, very comfortable height to work in, easy to save excess water from the spouts for later use (including the nutrients that washed out of the soil), and they still look beautiful after three years of use, no fading! My only suggestion is to be sure to open the spouts during the winter or the frozen water may crack the plastic. This happened on one of mine while we on vacation. It is still useable, but I can no longer save water from it because it leaks out right away.

Purchased 2 planters. Assembly was easy and fast, even though directions were vague in areas. Material is sturdy and substantial. However...make sure you place them on a level, hard surface. We placed these in the yard and (admittedly) not on totally level ground. After filling and watering, the plants tilted and sunk into the soil and I had a heck of a time trying to shimmy boards under the legs to attempt to level. Also, once it rained, the low side of the planters retained water. I will have to re-do properly with pavers, brick or wood and make sure the base is level.

Bought 2 for vegetables, love them! We have tomatoes and peppers in one and one tomato and herbs in the 2nd one we purchased. My parents saw ours and liked them so much they purchased two as well! We used organic soil in ours. 3 x 1.5 cu ft bags of soil per planter filled them perfectly. (6 total for the 2 we purchased) Finally figured out the self watering feature. Very easy to assemble and sturdy.

Love the gauge ( you’ll always know when you need to drain for overwatering or if you need more water) and the tall and very sturdy legs. Perfect height for anyone with back problems. The shelve at the bottom hold multiple plants that need shade. Easy to assemble. Worth every penny. Wish I’d gotten an extra one but this was a gift.

A little larger and heavier than I expected, but very nice planters. Easy to put together with a screwdriver (legs/shelf). The crossbars (to keep the planter from expanding outward) are a little difficult to get in place, but I suppose that's why it holds them securely. Be cause of their size, they do require a lot of soil. I think I put 2 1/2 big bags of raised bed soil in each. I like the water tube to tell you when to water. When the flowers grow, I'm sure you won't be able to see it without looking for it.
