I like the self watering boxes but this box is flawed. The ones you can get from Gardners supply has some ventilation to allow for the water not to sit 100% of the time which can led to root rot. With this box, this is not the case. You can drain it but that is not how it should work. In addition, the self-watering indicator doesn’t seem to work as well. Other boxes have holes that drain when it is full making managing your water easier. Lastly first delivery was damaged and processing a new one was a pain.

This was easy to assemble (I am a 60-year-old woman and I put it together by myself), and it works perfectly for my herb garden outside my kitchen window. I have arthritis and bending over to garden in the ground is no longer an option, so this works perfectly. It looks great on my deck with all my herbs that I can see from my kitchen. It seems sturdy and should last for many many years.

This is the 3rd Keter planter that I purchased. The first two were purchased 3 years ago and are still are in perfect working condition. The new one is a much improved version: the legs are metal (old one were plastic), there's a new shelf, and the water reservoir is much better designed giving the plants easier access to the water.

Purchased 2 planters. Assembly was easy and fast, even though directions were vague in areas. Material is sturdy and substantial. However...make sure you place them on a level, hard surface. We placed these in the yard and (admittedly) not on totally level ground. After filling and watering, the plants tilted and sunk into the soil and I had a heck of a time trying to shimmy boards under the legs to attempt to level. Also, once it rained, the low side of the planters retained water. I will have to re-do properly with pavers, brick or wood and make sure the base is level.

Great so far! Using in a “indoor garden” situation and they are really handy. The design of these offered at SAMs is different than the other models this company orders because of the center trough that allows a small portion of the soil to descend into the air gap/water reservoir beneath the soil. Far superior design.

I purchased three of these planters. I really like them. I have several other Keter products so they match perfectly. The height is great (no bending) and I really like the self watering feature so I don't have to worry about them as often. They are deep enough to plant green onions and carrots. I purchased general purpose tri-dollies for under each leg so I could move them around with ease. Once they are filled with dirt, they are really heavy and hard to move. If you are putting them in one permanent location, the wheels are not necessary. Overall, they are a great purchase with a great look and quality.

Perfect Time to Grow a Veggie Garden...being stuck in the house due to COVID-19, I decided to begin gardening a small veggie garden on my back patio. The raised garden bed was larger than I expected taking it out of the box. It was easy to put together and the height was tall enough where I didn't feel like I was straining my 5'10" stature to bend and tend to my garden.

These are wonderful to put on your patio for herbs and peppers, tomatoes..and deep enough for squash and practically anything you put in it..love the water reservoir in the bottom too! Lightweight but very sturdy..bought two and the store then ordered two more and sent one to my son.

I bought 2 of the garden planters. The assembly was quick and easy; they are very sturdy. I was concerned they would blow over easily but there have been no issues. I like the self watering feature. We planted tomatoes and peppers in them and the soil isn’t drying out and the plants look great so far. I can’t wait til they start producing!!

Purchased this as a gift for my country relocated city daughter who missed gardening. It is a perfect size for her patio to grow a tomato plant & a few vegetables. The bed has a water reservoir to fill to maintain moisture. The added shelf on the base adds stability and stores tools. She is happy with it thus far. I purchased one from Sams 10+ years ago and it still looks great and a great garden bed for my lower deck. It has grown a variety of flowers and vegetables over the years
