This Keter XL Urban Bloomer was so easy to assemble, all the parts were provided. Im 68 5'1 120 pounds, and put 2 together in 50 minutes. I filled 1 with 5 cubic ft. of organic potting mix for container gardening. Filled it with 12 strawberry plants and 1 basil plant. They're doing great, the self watering system is a great. The planter is 48x18x12, it comes with 5 bars that fit in groves along the length of the container that lock in place by sliding them to the right after inserting into the pre-cut slots. This prevents "bowing" as 1 reviewer complained about.

This is a top notch product and a great value for the money! I have 4 of these now on my front porch, 3 filled with flowers and 1 with herbs. I bought 3 last year and one this year. I priced out everything else I could find and all were much more expensive. When Sams got it again this year at about the same cost as last year, I snapped it up.

I had been searching for a planter to use for herbs and had been looking at several high maintenance wood planters before finding this one. I was hesitant at first because I thought I wanted real wood but once it was assembled there was no doubt I made the right choice. So easy to maintain and looks great. The self watering feature and guage is such a great feature. I hope to add more of these planters every year.

I decided to start growing my own vegetables and herbs and I was looking for a raised bed for my balcony. This one is the perfect height and size. I was able to get 8 plants in without crowding. The shelf at the bottom holds all my tools and feed. I also love that it is self watering.

This planter box is nice and deep. I believe it's the deepest you will find. It's strong and sturdy. Make sure you really like where you put it because it will be too heavy to move after you add soil. You won't have to worry about the wind blowing this over once you add your soil. It just needs some wheels.

There are so many good things to say about this planter. It was my first one, so I really didn’t know what features to look for. The self watering with the water level indicator is the greatest asset. It was easy for me to put it together myself and the construction is excellent. I know have 5 of them and bought another 2 to give as gifts. You won’t be disappointed.

I just bought my tenth urban planter. (Yes 10). I bought my first two from Sam’s four years ago and I love love love them. It is the perfect thing for novice gardeners, and kids. Also tall enough to make gardening easy for people who have a hard time bending over and weeding. The self watering feature is the absolute best to take the guesswork out of casual gardening.

These are good looking, sturdy planters. They were relatively easy to assemble %26 we liked that they had a lower shelf to put plants that were inadvertently watered from the runoff from the top!

These are nice and large, I should be able to get my tomatoes in them, plus have room for flowers or peas. Be careful trying to install the cross supports, I had to take a screw driver and open the slots off as it snapped a tab off one of the supports trying to force it through the slot. The legs are metal, which is a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, I had to return one as it was busted up in transport, but I did order another one to replace it.

The first planter was defective and we had to get a replacement sent. One of the legs was messed up and wouldn't adjust to the correct height due to a bad screw. The quality is actually pretty good. The second planter was built in minutes and looks great in the backyard. If we didn't have a problem with the first planter the stars would of been higher. i would recommend to look at the legs before you start building the planter!
