Generally, it was easy to construct. I deducted one star because there were a few questions unexplained by the instructions. They are outside now, filled with soil, and we have needed to drain the planters twice - each time the system worked well. The shelf has already turned out to be useful in keeping clutter tidy and off the patio.

So sturdy and looks really good off my deck. I get so many compliments and people wanting the link to buy their own. Perfect height and holds lots of vegetable plants. Leaf watering indicator let’s you know when you need to add water. Great purchase!

Graduating from 5G buckets to this stand up planter was her goal. 2yrs of moving vegetables around the house to find the ideal spot. Now she has an elevated garden. I over researched these. We almost went with a cedar/wooden unit until I couldn’t get past all the negative assembly reviews. This unit is a composite plastic that should hold up for years. The color is in the plastic, so it won’t crack and flake off. You don’t have to line the bottom with gravel and mesh liner to allow drainage(prevent root rot). A drainage system is built in, with a drain plug and floating moisture gauge. It doesn’t seep thru the wood and fall onto everything you have sitting on your lower shelf. It’s large. She’s growing 4 tomato plants with 3 small herbs in between. A FIRM base is required to set this on. We sat it up on mulch in a flower bed, only to find the weight sank in and tipped it over. Now it sits atop 4 stepping stones in the same place. I really like that you don't have to put water directly on the plants, which create more problems. Simply point the hose down the tube of moisture gauge to irritate from the bottom.

I love this planter! I bought this to plant my herbs in and they are flourishing! I can't believe how well they have grown since I put them in the planter. The self watering system is so awesome! When the leaf is raised, you know the plants have plenty of water. When the leaf falls low, it's time to water. The planter is sturdy and looks great on our patio.

This is a very sturdy raised garden bed with enough room to grow several plants and vegetables. It holds up to the weather nicely. It has a self watering section in the bottom and has a nice water gauge function that lets you know how much water is in the garden bed (so you won’t over water your plants). There’s also a built in spigot to drain excess water if needed. Overall this is a very nice and functional raised garden bed.

I have 4 of these beds and I absolutely LOVE them!! They are super easy to put together and I love how my crops are growing in them. I’m able to let out excess water to prevent root damage and storage items under the bottom so that they’re easy to access.

This Raised Garden Planter make my life so much easier, less bending, so loess back pain. It has a spout to drain excess water, and an easy gauge to know know that you have the perfect amount of water every day, especially in these heat waves experienced in a southern summer.

I bought 6 of these planters directly from the Sam's store and the gentleman that loaded them was very careful with the containers, and my new van. The containers were very easy to assemble, which I did by myself! They are a perfect height for someone with back arthritis or knee problems. I can see that these containers will make gardening much easier on the body than traditional gardening. They seem very sturdy and were exactly what I expected, EXCEPT that NONE of them had seed starting trays like the website indicated. Unfortunately, that is something I'll now have to check into having sent separately. In the meantime, I purchased inexpensive seed trays. I would have given 5 stars IF they had their seed starting trays intact.

I love these planters,however, I had problems putting them together. The screws were already in place but had to be unscrewed to secure the legs. They were so tightly screwed together that I could not unscrew them. Perhaps it would be better to place hardware in a bag rather than screwing them in place before shipment.

Beautiful and Sturdy! I didn’t want to be bending down and these planters caught my eye! They are resin, not wood, so I don’t have to worry about them fading and warping. The color is perfect and they have a little design to them. I had my grandkids, age 8 and 9 start planting this year and it was a lot of fun and a great teaching lesson at the same time! Memories to last a lifetime and a new tradition!
